Don't see any issue with this gas and convenience store. One restroom was closed today and hence was a long queue. Lot many gas pumps and hence wait time is almost none. Bathrooms closed. Gas stations are usually for two things, gas and bathroom break. Find it hard to believe both went out. Seems like a trend in socal, close your bathrooms and Blame it on something, ie covid or broken. This place goes with that trend. read more

The store itself gives the appearance of a clean and well maintained store; right up until you use the restroom facilities. I've never seen such a poorly maintained store unlike this one. Soap dispenser broken; feces at on the inner rim of the toilet with a strong stench that one would need to hold their breath in order to keep from regurgitating! I stopped here Tuesday night to use their restroom. Their toilet seat was dirty and there was no hand soap to wash my hands. I found an employee to let her know about the toilet seat and the soap issue. She apologized then told me they don't keep soap in there because it gets stolen but that she can get me some to use. Smh. Why not get a locking soap dispenser if it's a known issue? I can just imagine all the people leaving that restroom with dirty hands, touching the products in the gas station. Excellent stop for a bathroom break on the way to Palm Springs. Great convenience store and relatively clean bathrooms. This is convenient stop for anyone who needs gas, snacks, drinks and maybe a quick drive thru car wash. The store is always clean and tidy. The clerks are all genuinely friendly and seem to have a great time working there. Gas prices are a tad higher for as we all know it's about location, location, location. They do need to work on their pump stations for sometimes it won't accept card payments which will require you to walk inside and that's not convenient if you're only there for gas. Otherwise than that, it's a well lit, organized, one stop shop, gas station with clean bathrooms. read more

I'm going to give this gas station a bad review because it is on multiple accounts I have to go inside to tell them to reset their machine. I have a 3 month old infant and this is the closest gas station to my home. Instead of simply swiping my card at the pump, I have to completely take my son out of the car just to stand in line to request gas! It's the slowest and most inconvenient thing ever!!! I even went to the door and asked them to reset my pump and still it asked me to go inside. To which I had to once AGAIN unbuckle my son, carry him inside and haul him back out!!! read more

I give this place five stars for the great variety of snacks and products. It gets pretty busy at the pumps and also inside. The inside is usually pretty smooth at handling customers. Has a car wash too. The area is pretty busy tho so 5 stars for handling for the most part read more

This is really a 0 rating but 1 is the minimum allowed. First and foremost this location smells like death sulfur bad decisions and regret. The stench is so off-putting that it makes you confused about what it was you came in to purchase. I do not believe that it is safe to purchase anything from this location.Every time I have frequented this Chevron that stench has permeated the entire inside of the facility once opening the glass doors. Anyone should proceed with caution if at all. In addition to the hellish stench, it's unfortunate that the cashier Ali arbitrarily charges random amounts for specific items that have a listed cost already assigned. I went in to purchase candy that was listed for $2.19 on the Shelf from which I took it and instead of actually scanning my candy he manually punched in an amount that was more than the actual amount of the candy at $2.49. While we're literally talking about a $0.30 difference, it is the realization that at anytime you could be swindled out of your hard-earned money each time if one is patronizing this Merchant because Ali is inclined to nickel and dime you to death with his selective alternate price charging. I purchased gasoline and a car wash at this location. The receipt didn't print so I went inside to get a copy with the car wash code. They informed me that I was not charged for the car wash and the receipt wasn't available. They insisted that the last purchase at that pump was for $27 when I had spent $46 and change. I checked my bank statement today and was charged for my gas and the car wash for a total of $54. Obviously they weren't looking at the correct information and were more than happy to send me on my way without what I paid for. I was just dismissed. I guess I could of had a fit in the store but I'm not that type of person. Customer service isn't available at this location. read more

Went to buy a coffee and donuts with my fiancées credit card (which comes out to $1.99) and he cards me and declines me the transaction because he needs ID and the names need to match...have you never bought anything with someone's else card?!! If i owned my own. Gas station business i would hire cleo. Shes always busy cleaning something. The place is spotless everytime i come here but like every good theirs a bad and when i say bad i mean horrible nikki. Nikki is always just at the register being somewhat pushy and rude. Once. On a prior visit here not long ago she was cussing out a security guard till they almost got into a fight. Shes always cussing in her conversations and on the phone. i was afraid that their carwash might stop in the middle of cleaning and IT DID! i was so pissed! so i parked in the parking lot, my car was all wet with soap and i felt humiliated while people were looking at me. the cashiers was very nice about it though and restarted the whole thing, i let them check if its working and they said its fully working, then i went in again and the washers are still paused in the middle just where i left it. so i came in again, they said it was fully working and i got very frustrated and asked for a different code. they were nice enough to give me one, cuz im not just gonna walk out with a wet car with soap. i'll never carwash here again, try the one in moreno beach where its still newer than this station. read more

I've never had any issues before today. I get gas at the pump in hopes I can get a car wash. At the pump it didn't offer a car wash so I see a sign saying you can pay at the wash. I wait in line and it doesn't read my card so I go in. I get my code, wait in line. Enter my code and the car wash squirts water and then stops. I go back inside the store and the cashier (nice lady) offers me a new code. I ask for a refund since it isn't working, I'm already frustrated and a line has formed. The stupid cashier next to her says it's working and I drove over a sensor (it was already starting to wash my car already mind you) since it isn't broken, I can't be given a refund. The nice cashier tries to get the manager, but she's "busy". I tell her to just give me the code (I didn't have to argue and wait). Everyone at the car wash has already left. Why? Because the damn thing is broken! Again, the lady helping me was kind and apologetic, but the other older lady possibly Filipino, with glasses needs to check her crap before putting the blame on her customer. read more
