As we are driving back from Orlando her suv went out as my dad was driving it. We pulled off on the next exit which was luckily within view. There were 2 places to pull into.... A Cafe Risqué OR this shithole gas station. Whelp having 5 kids in the car I choose the shithole gas station. The owner/employee comes out and tells my 85yr old grandmother and dad they can't park their car there. My dad tells him it's broken down and we are going to get it towed. The guy tells us to push it over to the strip club parking lot across the street. Lucky for him I was on the phone with Verizon trying to get another phone ordered for my son. Otherwise I would have gotten out of the car and destroyed him. 2 hrs later we drive the Escalade back with a full tow uhaul. My dad them tells me that my grandmother had to buy something in the gas station in order to use the restroom. Totally ok I understand that..... EXCEPT. About 15 mins later a transit van with a young black family pulled up and the owner/employee told them the bathrooms were "out of order" and they couldn't come in the building. The mom had the little boy pee outside on a nearby tree because they was no where else to go. read more

The guy working here is absolutely disgusting. We stopped to get a few drinks as well as clean up our sons puke and the second my husband walked in and grabbed some paper towels, he started cussing at him calling him a cheap a** mother*****s and kept running his mouth. When I walked in with my unvested service dog (which he has every right to go into any establishment, vested or not), he started mouthing off more saying I had to show him written proof that he was a service dog which is against the law. He could ask me what he's tasked trained for but not for proof otherwise. He also started cussing at our 11 year old as well for walking into the bathroom. Multiple other customers that walked in after us and saw how he was treating us walked out without purchasing anything. Also no signs anywhere that it isn't a "public bathroom" then he started talking badly about us to his coworker in his mother tongue and I told him he should watch around who talks badly about because they might be able to understand him even if it isn't English. Being as though I am fluent in multiple languages and it just so happens I'm well versed in Urdu, I understood every word out of his mouth and every other word was him calling my husband vile names, as well as calling my son, my service dog and I other vile names. Absolutely disgusting. I would not recommend anyone stop in here and give this guy business. His sense of entitlement and thinking everyone else is bellow him is extremely appalling. Not knowing whether or not I was even going to buy something he continued to repeat that the restrooms were for customers only. I ask how does he know if I was going to buy something? We got there about 30 minutes before they were supposed to close because my three year old had to use the restroom really bad and it was the closest gas station to us. When we got in I tried to go in the restroom a man stoped us and said the bathrooms were closed because he had already cleaned it and he did not want to have to re-clean it. I tried to explain it to him that she had to use the bathroom really bad but he did not care. Cause of that my daughter ended up peeing on herself. My wife, my daughter, and I used the restroom and bought the cheapest piece of candy for my daughter and went down the road and bought our drinks and chips. I was on my way to my sons graduation and I stoped at this Chevron station to fill up my tank. I went inside and asked the attendant "May I use the restroom please?" He looked at me with bulging grey eyes and preceded to shout at me "It's for customers only." I then again asked him the question and he repeated himself "It's for customers only!!" I went outside to finish filling up my tank and after I finished I went back inside to ask for a receipt. He said "You have to buy something." I then said "I just filled up my tank of gas may I have my receipt please?" Both the attendants looked at each other with bulging grey eyes and they looked perplexed. They then hand me the receipt and I said "Is this the way you treat your customers?" I preceded to say to them "Are you guys a**holes?" And the male attendant said "Yes." And then I left. If you are traveling north to Gainesville do not stop at this gas station if you have to use the restroom, etc. You will be made to look a fool. It's not worth the humiliation. We bought gasoline here and my father went to use the restroom and the attendant starting yelling and using foul language telling him that it's not a public restroom. Dropping f-bombs and saying "You have to G-ddamn wait". There was another gas station just across the street... Next time we will use his neighbor instead of him.
