Absolutely TERRIBLE place. Bad customer service- I asked for 1 quick pick for ten draws and was very clear. I repeated it twice. The woman gave me ten quick picks. I told her that's NOT what I wanted. Then she said it can't be returned, I have to pay for it, giving me a nasty look, as if it were my fault that she made a mistake. read more

Convenient location right off the 99 when you get to Merced. It's a great place to stop in for water or snacks on my way in to work. Nice girl at the counter in the mornings. Busy intersection. read more

Shitty attitudes. First time here. Guy lied and tried saying they stopped filling tanks at a certain time because he just didn't want to do it and tried to make it seem like he was doing me a favor but was just talking shit under his breath while filling it and complained about how much was needed to fill it up. I am a Sears Field Service Technician, during my route today I, as we all do at some point in the day, had to use the restroom. I stopped at this location located right off of Highway 99 to satisfy this need. As I was utilizing the restroom I noticed a lot of people trying the door handle to get in, I commented to each of them with " I'm going to be a minute" in such a way the that person on the other side of the door should have taken that it might be a moment. These attempts kept coming and each time I politely said "it's going to be a minute". So just as I was finishing up and about to wash my hands there was a loud pounding on the door. I said "just a minute" and the person on the other side of the door proceeds to say "come out now!" I said; "are you serious?!" He said; "Yes, there is a line of people waiting to use the restroom". At this point I was done washing my hands and stepped out of the bathroom to see not a single person waiting instead what looked to be an employee waiting to enter the restroom. As asked him why it was necessary to rush & embarrass me and demand that I come out. He said again that I was taking too long and others wanted to use the restroom. I asked him if he'd ever experienced a longer than normal bathroom visit. He just reiterated that others wanted to use the bathroom. I asked if he was the owner as he was not in formal Chevron attire. He said he was. His name is Lucky. There was no apology given as he headed into the restroom which I later found out by the cashier that it was in need of repair and he was going in to fix a leak. The cashier was very apologetic and I thanked her for her sincerity as she was trying to justify why he did what he did. (Apparently in the surrounding area are a high volume of homeless and transient type people that frequent the restroom and take very long periods off time in the restroom) yet "Lucky" never apologized and kept his same disrespectful demeanor as he entered the restroom. I do not recommend this location if you value customer service and like being treated like a person. It was very frustrating when the nice cashier extends her full sincerely apologetic reaction to my situation when the person responsible can't even mutter any words of remorse. I was in a full Sears uniform when I walked in and asked the cashier if I could use the bathroom. The least they could do is ask other employees who walked into the bathroom before they accuse or better yet embarrass someone in such a fashion. This was truly an embarrassing moment and I will never return to this location for any services. read more

As far as customer service goes.. This place has it all. The night attendant Alba has, what can only be described as patience of a saint. Because of my work schedule I tend to frequent the this location at an ungodly hour and for the 10 or so minutes I can manage to endure she's helped me and 20 others without batting an eye. I only wish this post could give her a raise. So if your ever looking for professional services late at night then this is the place for you. read more
