Went in 10pm grabbed few items get to counter he rings it up 22.2o$.i pull out wallet he tells me we aren't taking cash I said exact change? He said no they were closing till.could have said something as I walked in or put sign on door.i live down the street and go there quite often.bit I will never go there again for anything.i know my not shopping there won't dent their income.pretty disappointed.chevrons are to expensive on everything anyway. read more

The location is clean and would be rated a 1 star if it weren't. I rarely come here because it's far from my house so the only time I come is if it's late at night and the one by my house is closed. The employee named willie that works the night shift is always miserable. Every time I have come in he is slamming things around and complaining that customers keep coming in and interrupting his stocking. The first time I shrugged it off as him having a bad night but this is the third time it's happened now. I was in line at the register waiting for 2 minutes while he just sat there slamming the energy drinks in the stand next to me saying "oh my god I can't get anything done. People won't leave me alone" to himself. Then each time someone walked in he moaned saying "ugh. Another one". Def does not make someone want to come in and is very uncomfortable. It's unfortunate that the owners have such an unhappy employee who obviously does not recognize that customers are the reason he has a job. Gave three stars because I recognize it is not the owners fault that their employee has a bad attitude but still docked stars because they should monitor their employees closer. read more

The old man that works nights at this chevron i believe his name is Willy is the worse customer service employee I've ever met! He denied me buying a tall can for no reason literally wanted to have a beer and relax after work but no he judged me and then denied my purchase. This is the last time I go to this station for gas or for coffee. Again, the coffee thermos are empty. And also noticed the timers are not used that often, so there is no way to know how fresh the coffee may be. read more

I went into this chevron and purchased 24 bucks worth of items and car wash. They charged my account over 70 bucks. When I went back, the assistant manager told me there was nothing they could do because "this kind of thing only happens when you buy gas at the pump". I contacted my bank, but have seen no resolution. Not even so much as an apology. I won't be back. read more

This Chevron seriously has tons of space for you to gas your car. The person across from you is seriously like 358935 feet far from you unlike other Chevrons where it's tight. It's not the cheapest gas in Manteca but I usually come here when I'm in the area. read more

I've been using this gas station for several years because it's conveniently located right by my place of work. There are plenty of spots to gas up your car (12, I believe) and it has a 3 option carwash for those that aren't fans of actually using the sponge and hose. The Extra Mile convenience shop is very clean and, for the most part, has a very friendly staff.......EXCEPT FOR ONE DUDE, whose name I will not mention. This guy makes you feel like a complete inconvenience every time you're in the shop. It's like he doesn't want you spending your money so he'd have to actually do his job. Man I hate this guy! I think maybe he would've been good competition for the lead in Gran Torino if Eastwood wasn't directing the damn thing. I regularly visit this location through out the week and like everything about. EXCEPT for one employee. (short dark hair younger woman) the level of rude that she displays is just ridiculous. Example: snatches money out of hand, won't look you in the eye, no please/thank you, drops change in your hand, etc. I work in customer service / retail so i understand it,s difficult, but there is no excuse for her behavior on a regular basis. I suggest the managers at the very least talk to this woman and try to "help" her costumer service because I like this place and don't want to have to stop going in... The air hose is usually broken and leaking air and it's almost impossible to put air into your tire. They do not answer their phone (when calling to see if it has been fixed). Their prices are not the best so I would think everything should be in top repair. So I will drive across town to the Chevron by Walmart where they keep their station in top shape. read more
