She refused to exchange the can, and refused to let me look at the CCTV footage. I'm pretty sure she didn't even look at the footage, because if she did she'd clearly see that the same tin was in my left hand from the moment I left to the moment I noticed it was empty and turned around. Footage would've showed that I was far from my car before I realized and turned around, so according to them the can they sold to me must've vanished in thin air. It's a shame, all of the men who work there are awesome and I come here every week, but after my experience with this manager, I'm not coming back until she's fired

They are always friendly and helpful, and they make it feel more like visiting friends than stopping at the gas station. I can go to any corner in Las Vegas and fuel up, get a soda and a bag of chips, or "cookies and or a car wash," but I choose to come here because the store is always clean, and the staff is awesome. The bathrooms are clean, they have a decent selection of snacks and drinks, and their gaming area is comfortable and easily accessible.

I like that it's a full service wash too, so you're getting the machine wash plus the hand dry and interior touch up, which makes a difference. Location is super convenient right off 95/Ann, and having the gas station and store right there just makes it easy to knock everything out in one stop. Customer service can be hit or miss depending on the day, but when it's good, it's really good. If you want that extra attention to detail, definitely tip (they notice and it shows in the work). I filled up my car with gas, and like most places these days, they had a credit card machine…read moreoutside. I went inside to grab an energy drink and some snacks. The place was spotless, and I was greeted with a friendly smile. I received my receipt after my purchase. I even got a car wash. It took a bit for someone to come to the window, likely due to the staffing issues we're all too familiar with these days. After the wash, they wiped down my car and offered free vacuum cleaners.
