I visited 4 locations yesterday attempting to purchase a $100 gift card. Not one associate knew how to process a gift card purchase. You literally lost money. Not to mention how many other people tried to make a purchase. Please, train your staff. I kinda had to laugh because I drove around wasting gas to purchase a gas gift card. read more

Well I come in here alot. At least 4x a week. The store is always clean, the staff always very courteous, no matter what time I come in here. The shelves are never empty and always stocked with goodies. I particularly enjoy this location as it has the beverages I desire. Box Water, Teavana, and Argo just to name a few. read more

I was just using their vacuums over at the car wash because I'm a member and I pay this monthly/yearly price to get free car washes whenever I want and it was a rainy day out and so I didn't need to get a car wash but I had to pick some family members up from the airport and I needed to vacuum out the car and before I could finish the two teenage boys that are working there just completely shut the vacuums off as if I wasn't in the middle of vacuuming out my car. Do I need to get a wash to use their vacuums? I get it was rainy but I was in the rain not them... they were inside but I was vacuuming out my car minding my business and they shut it off. I even have the little thing on my windshield that they scan for the washes. They even have a sign saying open from 7:30 am-7:30 pm... it's 4:12 pm on a Monday afternoon. I used to go to a competing car wash down Craig Rd, but was scared off by the constant picking at my windshield in an attempt to find (or make?) chips to repair through my insurance. I discovered this quick, reliable car wash establishment that doesn't cost an arm or a leg, doesn't try to upsell your, and does a great job in getting my car clean. It's also nice that they provide free vacuums and an area in which you can apply those final touches to your clean vehicle. If you're looking for someone to take your car and do the interior, this isn't the place to go, but then again, those places always try to upsell you and the additional cost of tipping someone to wipe down the dash of your car. Inside is just okay; it's a very small convenience store. The gas prices are usually pretty high here because they want people who just come off the 95 to pay more! probably the only convenient thing about this gas station is that it IS off the highway and easy to access. there is a connected McDonald's inside for the hard-core road trippers. read more

Very poor customer service. Called to ask a simple question about an item in stock, said I had no problem being put on hold, seeing as how this store was listed on the website of the beverage I was looking for. Was put on hold for longer than 15 minutes and realize that "Matt" was be busy as I heard every interaction with each customer that came in. The store isn't that close to me so I didn't want to just drive there if they didn't have it even if it had been on the website. After being on hold that long, he hung up on me and never got back on the line. I called back and he said they didn't carry the beverage. ( though I know he never checked )Thanks for the great customer service. Guess I'll never know when you will have it too. I understand he was too busy, especially for a customer service call. Next time just hang up at the beginning of the call and save me the trouble of having to wait that long to not have bothered from the beginning. read more

Terrible Herbst is I think one if not the best "local" owned gas station chains here in Las Vegas. This one in particular has a Mc Donald's built in with it, (Don't make me go there. Read my McD's review. ;p) as well as an oil change and car was in the same area. The staff always seem nice and I tend to like the late night staff better as they seem a little more "crazier" and well for working at a gas station at night I think it's needed as it can be a little shady sometimes at night in Las Vegas. Be sure if you are buying any kind of alcohol or tobacco that you have your ID ready as they WILL ask you for it even if your 90 years old. They have the usual gas station assortment of treats, needs, and drinks as well as a Crispy Cream display, which in my opinion is great for those late night munchies runs on the way home from the bar. I have never seen any trouble here and generally at night, there is usually a highway patrol car or another cop car parked close by. (Bet it is the Crispy Cream Display!) The clerk was very rude. He asked several inappropriate questions about how much I get paid at my company. Was on his cell phone talking to someone in between his conversations with customers. The store was in good condition with the shelves stock but untidy. There was a kid that was in the store attempting to get a lighter or matches from the clerk. The clerk did not greet any of the customers that Lockton and even when I said hello he did not respond or reply. read more

I've had my oil changed here several times and they get it done quickly. I'm happy with the service and the free car wash after the lube job. It's affordable and they do a multi point check. I think you even get a free drink too! The place is clean and the staff seems responsible. read more

The people that work here are rude. The abuse far outweighs the convince. I been here on numerous occasions. the clerks never say hi, welcome or even acknowledge you even when you put your items on the counter to pay for them. Last week was the last time I go there again! I went in to buy soda after buying gas and the clerk grabs the box shakes it up then slams the box down on the counter rings it up then turns the box on the other side and slams it down again! Then he just looks at me and points to the screen with the price on it. I said you keep it and worked out. Go to the shell station it's super close and the people there are always nice. read more

Used this location for years to buy gas, not any more. The past few times I've gone there to buy gas the card readers at the pump are either broken or don't read my card. I then go to the one on centennial and everything works fine. Not going to waste my time going to the one on Ann Road. read more
