Hey, I get it, people are impatient they have things to do. But so do all the other people waiting, helping or servicing. I just want to shout out Lenon the pharmacist who always checks to see how I'm doing, several of the techs who when they see me immediately know if I'm picking up for my kids or myself, and always are friendly, and the sales people who today kindly commented on my outfit. A second of kindness is all it takes. What do you get out of making someone else angry and miserable? And for the dude who was rude to the tech, what he didn't know or ASK, was that the neighborhood lost its power in the late afternoon until close to midnight. I gave someone over the phone my debit card information as I was told this needed to be paid before it could be filled. They apologized and said, yeah, it looked like they didn't actually process my payment or forgot to hit a button or something. I told them this sounds seriously sketchy to be asked for my debit card number with the intent to pay for a prescription and my financial information not go to where it is intended. I hate the feeling of having to eagle-eye my bank account every day for the next few weeks to make sure they didn't double charge me. Also, I was given absolute zero consult regarding this prescription. I mean, I'm injecting myself with something for the first time in my life. Kind of wish there was a pharmacy tech or pharmacist to go over a few things with me, but whatever.
