Not one complaint about having trouble opening and shutting my oil pan from underneath my vehicle. Now 5000 miles later time for my oil change and the oil changers refused to do any work on my vehicle because it was tightend way to much. They show me right away, and I took pictures of it. The nut is obviously worn off if they tried it would break my oil pan. Again no issue was reported before hand so there should be no issue now. Oil changers was the last place to do my oil change only a month ago. I travel for work yes which shouldn't matter because I'm allowed to drive my vehicle 5000 miles and it still be OK for next oil changers. I say this because speaking to Christopher your regional manager he thinks I drove half way across the country and banged it someway and cause the nut to be worn as it is. Now I am in Water Town NY. I need an oil change. As I told you I travel for work. I need a solution to this problem. I drive a 2021 Ram Classic 5.7L, my truck sits pretty high i have side steps that would have been damaged had I ever bumped anything. And I drive for a living nationwide in one month I didn't damage my oil pan. Now after speaking to manager at store and Christopher regional manager. He says not you guys fault basically and I drove across the country and caused my own damage. I have followed all steps I needed to follow hopefully this plays out well. Update soon.....

Turns out, my car was due for a couple services. WAY overdue. (I used to bring my car into a different business and ask them to perform whatever maintenance was recommended by the manufacturer. Turns out they weren't always doing that.) I was really thankful he looked, and explained what I needed and why. I felt very comfortable and trusted his opinions. My car is actually running much smoother now. I was in and out fairly quickly as well. I'll definitely go back there for other services.

I called and the manager simply said it's probably residual and just bring it in in the morning bro, like that's ok and that my driveway is now dirty with oil and talking disrespectfully and not caring. Now I hope it's not going to keep leaking and i don't even trust they put the proper synthetic oil in it. I would definitely NOT recommend this place!!!! Not sure what all these good reviews are about, I'll probably have to go get it checked at the dealership and make sure they didn't mess anything up! Very disappointed!!!! Sloppy work, unprofessional, careless and wouldn't necessarily say courteous. Do not trust this place! I just checked on my car and there are still leak spots coming down. Update: I did go back to allow them to make things right and had them check my car, they did assure me there was no leak coming from the oil change and did clean up some of the residual oil that spilled over, which an employee admitted to overpouring the oil when filling it. Everything was fine until the owner showed up, I thought to apologize but no to argue with me and even claim that I had a previous oil leak it turns out even though I have never had a drop of oil spill on my driveway since I have had this car in 7 years, but apparently for her it is ok to have oil from what they admitted was from over filling the oil, she continued to state that she is happy that she will not have to deal with me and my business anymore so did not really care about my concerns, with this type of customer service from an owner who would want to even do business with this place. Here is an updated picture of the oil that dripped after getting home and overnight, luckily, I parked my car on the street and put this cardboard underneath, otherwise this would have been all over my driveway, which the owner saw no issue with this type of workmanship. Definitely comparable with the cheaper in-town prices that you find closer to El Paso. Right up the road, there is a Valero that is always 20-25 cents higher than most.. so the cheaper prices this station has is definitely a welcome change in pace. I really like the reward program that Howdy's has in place. Being to and from my way to work, this is really the only place I fuel up. Because of this, I am able to rack up some cool reward points, which in turn leads to some cool rewards. Not something I have experience with any other fuel company. They do have a gas station around the back of the store. It is a touchless car wash, and a good one at that. The cool thing is that you can pay for a car wash while you are filling up at the pump, and then proceed to the wash station after you are done fueling. It is a convenient way of paying for both at once. The customer service is good at this store. One of the cashiers during the day went out of his way to help me understand the mobile app and one of this features. They are always friendly there, and as long as that continues, I will continue to enjoy going here!!
