I generally patronize loves over pilot, ta, flying j, etc but going forward if I am unable to rest there like the tractor trailer drivers do without getting approached then I will leave loves alone all together. He was AMAZING! He offered to help us in any way we needed and continued to check on us as we called and waited for BMW Mobile service. After they came and couldn't figure out what was wrong, it was Javii who suggested we disconnect and reconnect our battery. After that, our car started right up. We tried to tip Javii but he wouldn't accept anything. He was just happy to help us and that we were able to continue our trek home. Another gentleman, Eddy, was getting gas when this first happened and he also offered to help, and even came back later when he saw we were still there to again offer help. We so appreciated these kind gentleman! We need more Javii's and Eddy's in this world! Thank you both so much! You restored our faith in humanity!

He would not tell my husband his name or call a manager. I was eventually able to get his name and remind him that, like him, I also work with people and that at no point is it ok to treat his clients without kindness, dignity, and respect. He acknowledged he was wrong and when I told him I would be filing a formal complaint, he became rude with me too. Super disappointed in the quality of employee that is overseeing business at this very busy location. - a nurse of 20 years that has to treat my clients with kindness, dignity, and respect.

When I pulled around to the car wash there was a car inside but the wash was not functioning. This is not the first time that the car wash was down when I paid for a wash. I had to go back inside for a refund. The cashier was nice and apologized but it's frustrating that this car wash is always broken.
