Her customer service was truly exceptional-watching her work with such grace and professional was a pleasure. There was even a major issue with her register while most people would've of been fluster, Susan handle it with a smile and laughed it off, keeping the atmosphere light with positive energy. I was truly inspired by calm demeanor and positive energy. My husband also pointed out a moment that stood out of this incredible service. her manager came back in from outside she asked him to bring her ice, when he came back in he stood behind her, Susan informed him of the register issue. His response was, "You're doing something wrong." For a brief second, Susan looked disheartened--but she quickly bounced back, continuing to serve customers with the same positivity and composure. Susan is a gem and absolutely deserves recognition for her incredible customer service. People like her make all the difference in our world today!

Although the gas is a bit pricey the location offers a hot deli selection ( breakfast ssndwiches...hot dogs..and more). It also has Godfathers Pizza and Arbys inside. There is a small dog park as well. Plenty of snacks and sodas for your trip! Bathroom was clean. They also have showers for the truckers or whoever needs one after a long drive! The store has anything and everything you would need in your average travel stop, food, drinks, travel items you might need, etc. The bathrooms are clean, and they also offer showers for everyone not just professional drivers. A shower is only 20 bucks. They offer a good selection of hot foods in the store, and there is also an Arby's, as well as a "godfather's pizza express." As for the gas prices, the day I was there gas was at a minimum $.50 cheaper per gallon than anywhere else in town, on top of that, if you have the loves app, you save an additional 10 cents per gallon on gasoline, and up to 25 cents a gallon on auto diesel. Diesel is usually a dollar extra and it is here also. Don't remember if they charge extra for credit card... I almost think no. Digital pumps with touch computer screens were a bad idea as when water gets on them it cam mess with the usability of them. Dry with paper towel before you start or just use pumps in the middle that are fully covered from rain.

I ended up stuck with a premade option that felt like something from a hospital cafeteria rather than a market in the Napa Valley. The bread could have saved it, but even that was just a bland sweet roll with no texture or character. For $13+ they could at least use a decent bread from one of the many local bakeries. As a local, it's disappointing because visitors assume places in Yountville will reflect the food reputation of the area. Unfortunately this didn't come close. I've seen similar feedback in other reviews for the deli, and after this experience I understand why. The sad part is those reviews date back for years and they have obviously fallen on deaf ears. Vote with your dollars folks. If you're heading up valley and want a good sandwich, you're honestly better off stopping at Genova in Napa on the way or continuing just a few minutes up the road to Oakville Grocery.
