Her customer service was truly exceptional-watching her work with such grace and professional was a pleasure. There was even a major issue with her register while most people would've of been fluster, Susan handle it with a smile and laughed it off, keeping the atmosphere light with positive energy. I was truly inspired by calm demeanor and positive energy. My husband also pointed out a moment that stood out of this incredible service. her manager came back in from outside she asked him to bring her ice, when he came back in he stood behind her, Susan informed him of the register issue. His response was, "You're doing something wrong." For a brief second, Susan looked disheartened--but she quickly bounced back, continuing to serve customers with the same positivity and composure. Susan is a gem and absolutely deserves recognition for her incredible customer service. People like her make all the difference in our world today!

It was a nice surprise to see that they offer several different types and flavors of coffees, which I great appreciate and don't normally see at any gas station. The shop and station was clean. The shop clerk was courteous. We will have be sure to remember to stop by here again in the future whenever we are passing through the area.
