Was quoted a price for certain tires but then they didn't have in stock., but Humble did, so he made appointment and drove to Humble. When he got there, they began install quickly. When he was called up to pay, price had now increased $23 per tire. After questioning why the increase, Ivan (salesman) rudely said " we can stop the work right now" and walked away to bay. He eventually came back and said " are we finishing the job or not?" In disbelief of horrible customer service and already using half the day, my husband agreed to pay..., then, only to learn they don't accept credit cards? Really? No signs anywhere...The store does.... Now, husband sees them throw spare tire in back of truck, and they won't put it back under truck where it belongs... Manager, Frank, says they tried but it didn't work, and they don't have time to figure it out. I'm blown away about the lack of customer service and pricing, since ultimately, he paid $75 more per tire compared to Discount Tire. Ridiculous!!!!!! Do not go to Humble Costco for automotive services!

I purchased a little over $200 of groceries at Walmart on 1/7/2025 but was really disappointed with several items. Fresh cut fruit with pineapple, grapes, cantaloupe, and strawberries. All of the fruit was overripe except the grapes. I threw most of it away. I thought I looked it well, but the bottom fruit was over ripe. The expiration date was shown to be 1/10/2025. I bought Peanut Butter Fudge No Bake Cookies "best by 1/7/2025" (the day I bought it) but they were so dry we could not eat them. They were obviously old. Also bought Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl brownie bites "best by 01/18/25" (I bought on 1/7/2025. There were so dry that we could not eat any of them. Even microwaving for a few seconds did not help. I am really disappointed in the bakery and fruit purchases. It will make me hesitate to purchase any of those items in the future. This cost quite a bit of money but was like throwing my money in the trash. No, I didn't take them back because it is just too much trouble to do so.

The management lied and said THEY couldn't cancel orders and only customer care could. She also told her greeter to deny all calls and send them straight to customer care hotline because they had better things to do. She then blocked my number from returning her call to confirm that the order was still active. To my surprise, while on the phone with customer care reviewing the ACTIVE order , my order was then cancelled randomly (I am sure by the same manager that said she couldn't). We all know once orders are cancelled it takes more than a few days to get your money back so now my family is without food for Christmas because your employee just failed to do her job in the first place. I know Christmas time is busy but this is what you were compensated for. I spend way too much money on Walmart produce and I've never experienced this much negligence. Well, Baytown Buc-ees was my 4th in a series of stops around the southern United States. My only…read moreregret was not stopping at the one in MS, but I really wanted stop in Biloxi and get to New Orleans. I had also just stopped in Alabama and spent a fair amount of time at that Buc-ee's location. Baytown Buc-ees was a stop I made at about 3:30pm on 6/10/26 and I knew I was going to battle Houston traffic to get to Austin! I was able to purchase some nuts and snacks here and the store was consistent with other stores in the chain-- tons of food, super clean restrooms, mesmerizing merch, and plenty of gas pumps. Along with my love of Buc-ee's, I also have a ton of perks at Starbucks and was pleased to see that there was a store next to Buc-ee's. I was able to get a cold brew and be on my way in 30min. Fastest Buc-ee's/Starbucks stop on my trip! I guess it possible to do a quick stop at Buc-ee's, but before I left I saw a manager and asked her if this was the first Buc-ees and she said in a polite TX voice, "No sir, we are store #34" She also let me know that the first store was in Clute, TX. Knowledgeable staff!! Since I live near the first Chipotle I was curious. I didn't get to visit the 1st Buc-ee's store or the first In and Out Burger on this trip but there will be more. :) I did visit the first KFC and museum in Corbin KY! lol

You can literally buy anything here...food, drinks, clothes, souvenirs, candles, etc. Some of my favorites are the beaver nuggets, glazed nuts, and Buc-ee's OverBite (Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter). And I have always had good service!
