They also have some of the fastest and friendliest pump attendants. If you're gassing up at lunch or after work, check out their freshly made crispy chicken meals. The overall store was very clean and the bathroom was exceptional! It looks as if it had been recently renovated, which really helped to elevated the general "niceness" of the store. They had lots of options, both fresh and packaged, as well as a decent sized walk-in beer fridge. I opted for a packaged turkey sandwich, a banana, and a sprite. I don't buy gas station bananas because they always look old and nasty, but every banana looked great! And I got it for free since I bought a deli item. I opted for a turkey sandwich with cheese on a hoagie. The sandwich didn't come with mayo, but it didn't need it! The sandwich was delicious and cured my hunger for the rest of my 2.5 hour drive. I wish I could remember the gentlemen's name at the counter but he said he was called in on his day off, but he still had a smile and was very pleasant to talk to. When I pass through again, I'll definetly stop by for my gas and snacks!

The employees were uneducated, ill equiped and under-trained. I gave my phone number to 4 different employees requesting a call back from a manager and never received any follow-up. I was told by employees that they were "not allowed" to contact the manager (Bill) on his days off and I would have to wait for him to call me when he returned to the store the following Monday (today). I spoke with Bill today and he was indifferent to the situation or lack of follow through that is generally expected of a manager in charge. He laughed at how difficult the process of obtaining a refund is and told me contact him "if nothing happens." I've been an extremely loyal customer for the last 15 years because of close the store is to my home. Customer loyalty used to be important to businesses but it's overwhelming obvious this is no longer the case with store #542.

The first time they said there was bad gas in it and I'd been getting gas strictly from them for several months, maybe even a year, bc it's right next to my house and so cheap. The mechanic changed the spark plugs and some other stuff and I started going to a different gas station but it was inconvenient so I just went back to Arco after I suspected the mechanic was full of it. A month or two later the car started running real badly again so I took it back in and they called and explained that the bad gas shot my new spark plugs bc the catalytic converter is plugged so the garbage has no where to go. I thought people should know about this since I don't seem to listen unless things are explained to me and others are prob the same way. Also their sunglasses are garbage and break as soon as you buy them. It's a waste of $10 or more and they won't let you exchange them or return them so don't bother. The only thing I like is the convenience and good deals on Rockstars and Red Bulls. BUT DO NOT GET GAS THERE!

My car was finally filled with $40 and I waited patiently. When he came back, he took care of the people who came after me and they left, but he didn't come to my car... he went inside. it was really hot in my car and I waited quite a while before he finally came back for me. I politely explained it was hot in the car and he should have taken care of me before the person behind me who had already left (now there were new people behind me.) the attendant got defensive and said "I am here alone and the world does not revolve around me." I KNOW the world doesn't revolve around me, which is why I waited patiently to be helped, BUT I do expect to be helped in the order in which I arrived since my car is ready to leave. the attendant also said I could leave on my AC but apparently, he doesn't know that my AC will NOT stay on if my ignition is OFF - the downside to having keyless ignition.
