So less stars for slower service on that because when I paged them they were shocked so as a suggestion a sign would of been helpful saying that it's having issues. That would of saved me the troubles of waiting and give me an idea of what was going on. This made ALL the difference in getting a good wash because the automatic washes don't get certain corners or spots on your car and having employees there to give some specific scrub downs before you went through ensured you'd get a good wash. Apparently the upper management has done away with this (even though they still keep a scrub brush and barrel of water) because it takes too much time per car coming through. This seems ironic to be concerned about as I've ever waited in a line here. I tried calling today to give some feedback as the employee said this was a common frustration from other customers but I was hung up on by Tonio after waiting several minutes. Bummer! I think it's time to take our business elsewhere.

I guess it is, or we believe that it is, because the Costco gas line is more popular than the cool kids' table in high school. I find myself jumping in line with the rest of 'em, too...if I'm in the area. This location seems to be even more happening than others-probably because it's right in the center of everything, not because the gas is any better than other Costcos. It's a littel tricky to navigate being at the back of the parking lot, not easily accessible from the road. But that doesn't deter folks...they gotta save those dollars!
