I came right back within 20 min and was told I could not exchange them. The clerk admitted I asked for 5mg, but the manager Judi stated the law said it could not be returned or exchanged. They would not even give me my money back. So the clerk makes a mistake, and you pay for it, not to mention the managers attitude was "you should have checked them before you left."

Tell them they got to wait and get the gas customers then get back to him. I agree that is a customer causing some of the trouble, but is not always that as the problem. They just do not give a dam if they serve you or not. Shop somewhere else and leave these folks alone.

Make sure to get a Shell FRN card to get at least 3 cents off per gallon (up to 20 gallons). The downside to it being in a very convenient part of town is that it is ALWAYS packed. So, do be ready for a little wait at the pumps. I haven't been inside the Circle K, but it seems to always be packed as well--people always in and out buying sodas, snacks, paying for gas, etc. Bottom line is that I would definitely stop by this Shell if you need gas.
