When I was done the gas pump read that I paid $5.29 per gallon!!! I took a picture of the reader board and the pump then went back into the store. The employer told me he doesn't know how to figure out the amount of money owed to me. So I went back out to see how many gallons was put into my Jeep and returned to the store to let the employee know how much the store owes me (Math is not really that hard for me). He then got upset and said he knows how to do math but he can't do anything about it. I told him I'm not getting ripped off especially with how high the prices are and again he said he won't do anything about it. I told him if the gas pumps are charging 20 cents more than I wonder how much profit they made at the cost of unsuspecting customers. I know that the entire West Hills Auto Plex uses that gas station and that's a lot of money coming through. He again said he won't do anything because he doesn't want his til to be off. I left my name and number but no phone call as of yet and no money back either!!! I truly wonder how long this gas station has been doing this as the employee seemed to have knowledge of it, he wasn't surprised at all. I know 20 cents more per gallon doesn't seem like much at all but with all the vehicle traffic it adds up to a nice profit for them!

When I received my bank statement and saw I was charged $56.65 instead of the $30. When I went to the gas station the manager told me I was mistaken. I showed him my receipt and my bank statement. He opened his laptop and said he wanted to see my bank account and asked me for my bank ID and password. I told him I wasn't giving him my password. He asked me to log on and as soon as I did, he began scrolling up and down through my account. I asked what he was doing and he said he was looking for the $100 holding fee the banks take out with a credit or debit card when paid at the pump. The bank told me that they are the only ones that see that charge and it's given back as soon as the payment has gone through. It never appears on your account. Then the manager says that i couldn't have had the charge come out the same day as I purchased it. The bank said yes it can. Then he wanted to copy my bank statement and closed his lap top. I told him he needed to open up his lap top and log out of my account first. Then he asked for the last four numbers of my debit card. I told him no, he could use the transaction number. Then he said he needed to take a copy of my bank statement and the receipt. It took him a very long time to take a copy of the one item. Looked like he copied my whole month. Said he would get back to me in a couple days. This is the fifth day and I still have heard nothing. I just told him I either wanted the $26.65 in gas or a refund as I did not get any product for the extra charge. He said no. DO NOT GO HERE! I was very upset. Had to cancel my card and my account. They also sell sodas, milk, and beer. The staff is pretty friendly especially if they recognize you as a regular customer. It is located near the Coldstone Creamery, Starbucks, and Subway all on the Bremerton Harborside, next to the Bremerton Ferry Terminal. I would like to see them carry more natural and organic products such as Odwalla cereal bars, drinks, or Ms. Vickies chips. I believe they do carry Clif bars. All in all, a nice small friendly store close to the ferry and noticeablely cheaper than the ferry with a better selection of snacks overall.
