Good customer service starts at the top, and unfortunately, that's not what you'll find here. I forgot our waitresses name but she was the shorter of the two she was wearing glasses and a sweater (I was sweating just looking at her). They even brought a TV outside for one guest so they could see the FIFA game. They have a back area by the bathroom where they have their video gaming and it really isn't much to check out.
