Regal Cinemas Waterford was absolutely gross. For a theater that prices itself like a luxury…read moreexperience, it delivers the complete opposite. Everything felt overpriced, outdated, and poorly maintained. The cleanliness was some of the worst I've ever encountered in any theater--sticky floors, dirty seats, and a general sense that no one is paying attention to basic upkeep. The service didn't help either. Staff seemed disengaged, and the overall atmosphere made the visit feel more like a chore than a night out. When you're charging premium prices, the bare minimum should be a clean environment and decent service. Unfortunately, this location misses the mark on both! There are plenty of theaters that actually earn their price tag. This one isn't even close. I do not recommend and will Not be returning

Went here on Thanksgiving Day to see Wicked 2 and was disappointed with the overall experience:…read more 1. The theater we were in had no heat. It was uncomfortably cold, even with our coats on. 2. The movie time was 12:00. I timed it- there were 15 minutes of commercials, followed by 15 minutes of previews. The movie did not start until 12:30. As we had plans immediately afterwards, this caused us a lot of stress and aggravation and took away from the enjoyment of the movie. I'm used to a total of 15 minutes, not 30 minutes of pre-movie nothingness. 3. 2 medium sodas and 1 medium popcorn = $30. Enough said.

I'm been employed with this company for approximately a year now and although it was a good start,…read moreit has definitely worsened over time. It was a fair work place and is no longer a safe work place. One of my greatest concerns is the amount of hours provided for crew. The pay is often very low and the effort made is not worthwhile. It has been frustrating to them that part time staff are also not getting a reasonable number of hours. There have also been issues with time off and sick leave. There is not a lot of clarity around paid sick time, and workers need to know more about what benefits they can receive. The company also provides few benefits other than the food discount and movies for free. Another problem is that when new procedures or changes are implemented, they aren't properly trained. Often employees will be required to work without proper warning or training, creating unnecessary stress in the workplace. I would not recommend this job to anybody else. There are other opportunities out there that provide more stable work hours, improved communication and a more respectful environment.

It didn't burn down five times -- only once, and... well we'll talk about that later. Every film I've seen there - which is either simply the best handpicked, curated new releases, or quintessential film programs filled with expertly divined cinema classics - has been a magical movie experience I'll never forget. It's cinema houses like this, not art house - not just mainstream AMC megaplexes - Sag Harbor Cinema is the reason that I got into film in the first place. It reminds me of a Denver Colorado cinema where I went to see my first movie... "Who Framed Roger Rabbit." I'll never forget that. I've always looked for a similar feel and found it here. Not to mention the cocktails and incredible staff at the green room terrace bar on top. A great place to grab a drink before or after a show. Tel Deb T.J. sent ya. See you there, T.J. Miller The oyg

Modern building with small viewing rooms on 3 floors (elevator available) with a nostalgic feel, friendly knowledgeable staff, comfy seating, and indie movie offerings. We saw "Touch" there, a beautiful film that takes place in London, Tokyo and Iceland. Unique, romantic and heartwarming. The Sag Harbor Cinema has an upstairs rooftop bar, plus snacks/merch for sale in the downstairs lobby. It's a nonprofit org with various community events as well. We reserved our tickets online but they do accommodate walk-ins. A real find for movie buffs.

I went to this cinema over the weekend for the first time since college (so maybe 10-12 years?…read moreYikes!). We had the BEST experience. The cinema is small and intimate - which I love. I hate big theaters that seat close to 100 people. They have done some renovations. They now have the reclining leather seats and they have a tray for food that swings in front of you and it has a cup holder in it. The recline on the seats is perfect and they are so comfortable. The seats and theater is also very clean. The worker who we bought our tickets and concessions from was also very helpful. She pointed us towards a drink and popcorn combo that ended saving us money and getting us more popcorn and drink! I literally don't want to go to another theater besides this one - not interested! I do not live in the area, but I am more than willing to make the drive to experience this theater again!

I can't believe it took me this long to come here to see a movie! I saw "Saturday Night" here…read morerecently, and while the movie left a lot to be desired, the theatre experience was on point. It is so wonderful that Rhode Island still has some local cinemas, especially after the recent closure of Aquidneck Island's Island Cinemas, a perennial favorite night out locale. The All South County is in the same vein- friendly, neighborhood oriented service, comfy seats, and clean theaters. You gotta love supporting local, especially when choosing how to spend your precious nights out! The staff is what really makes this place special, though. Comprised mostly of URI students, they are friendly and eager to assist, answer questions, or offer recommendations for everything from popcorn mix ins to the movies themselves. That is really what will keep me coming back and recommending this special spot to everyone!
