I used the service for a preop physical. On the first visit I was charged $260. The second visit I…read morewas charged $180 with the same service. When I inquired why the first visit was a higher cost. I was told there was an $80 first customer visit fee. This is something I should've been made aware of on my first visit. If I was made aware of this, I could've easily gone to my primary physician and and could have avoided this cost. It is an unethical practice to not make a patient aware of this additional charge for a first time patient fee. It also makes no sense because I had to fill out the same amount of paperwork on both visits. Go to your primary physician if you can avoid using this company. I don't recommend them.

I left a review a couple days ago and forgot to add this, which I think is very important. These…read morepeople were not rude in fact they were very pleasant, and I think that is why this type of service is being accepted. While I think being kind and well mannered is a huge plus, it is not the only thing required in service, especially when it comes to medical care. I don't want my review to be taken as if these people we rude or bad people in anyway at all. I just feel as though patients shouldn't leave the room feeling that any questions were left unanswered, let alone none at all.

I had to get some STAT (meaning same day) bloodwork done while I was out of town so I decided to go…read moreto this hospital. I actually went to the the Labcorp located in the adjacent building first, but they said that they couldn't do the bloodwork stat so they said I should go to the hospital so that is where I went. The bloodwork order said it was needed stat, unfortunately it was not processed until late that night, after my doctor's office was closed which rendered the results useless. When I called Tower Health billing I was met with negativity as the customer service person said that I was charged for the blood being drawn. That isn't necessarily true since it was supposed to be stat and wasn't processed as such. Next, I called the hospital lab and the only good thing about this entire transaction was talking to Jane who was sympathetic to my situation. She passed my case along to the manager who then called me back. She said that they don't do those types of tests in house so it had be sent away which explains the late delivery. I wish I would have known this fact at the time of draw. If it was going to be sent away to another lab and not sent stat I would have gone somewhere else who could do it stat, or gone back to the Labcorp where the bloodwork would have been fully covered by my insurance. She also said that the person who drew my blood was new and she didn't know the protocol. It sucks that I had to be a lesson learned and that I was the one that suffered the consequences. And then stressed that my bill was "only $50" which I thought was insensitive since 1) she does not know my financial situation and 2) it would have been free if I went to Labcorp. I feel sorry for the person this happens to if they have to pay out of pocket since the cost for the bloodwork was $1,208. In conclusion, I learned that if you need healthcare outside of where you usually go, you have to be hypervigilant and an advocate on the front end because clearly the medical system is not looking out for you.

Very receptive phone staff at this hospital, both the main switchboard and the emergency services…read more I am not in the area, and received a call that someone close to me was being taken from their work to Jennersville hospital after having a medical event. I had very little information, and was in a bit of a state, understandably. Thankfully, my confused and panicked phone call was answered with helpful information and patience. I was also able to convey medical information about the individual, as their job was unable to provide such information. Someone was even so kind as to bring the phone to the person so I could speak with them directly, as they were put in the ambulance without their phone or any personal belongings.

A lot of times I don't feel like I'm heard and, doctors are always telling me that I'm fine. But she really sat and listened to everything I had to say and all my concerns. I told her about my concern and she told me that she would be willing to do the test that I wanted, but also informed me that it will be most likely an out-of-pocket test. This gave me the reassurance that I wouldn't have to beg for the test that I wanted if I ended up wanting to take it and was willing to pay for it. Really great Service and I will definitely be coming back here and definitely take this place as their new primary care.

This is by far the best run, most caring provider's office I've ever had the pleasure of attending. I am a senior with a prior heart condition and would not normally be comfortable with a NP or PA-C, however, just the opposite at Progressive Health. I see Jennifer G. and she is brilliant, caring, kind, and thorough. My daughter says the same thing about the NP she sees. The clinic staff are efficient and well trained. I've never waited more than 15 minutes for my appointments and they also have telehealth if requested. This office covers all of the areas of whole health from an exercise facility to healthy pot lucks and community service. What an amazing concept! I would recommend this clinic to everyone!!
