He is very patient, calm, detail oriented and straight to the point. I started as a very nervous driver 3 months ago but I took my road test today and passed on my first try. Huge thank you to Mike, Alyssa and the whole team at Arrow Auto School. You guys rock!

I passed the road test easily. Mike was really patient with me and encouraged me to drive more confidently, and he was very punctual as well. I had driving lessons and failed a road test with a different school before, so I wanted to take more classes this time around. I even ran over a curb right before the exam because of nerves, but it helped that I made all the mistakes beforehand instead of during the exam. The five hour class was engaging and interesting. I remember some of the tips they told us even now. I found the receptionists and Mike very helpful in accommodating my schedule. I would call them constantly because I had to schedule around work and vacations. I also set a goal to schedule my road test right before my permit expired within 3 months, and they really helped me get the right date for my test. I found Mike's business card today as I was cleaning up and decided to recommend him as driving teacher. I hope he is still teaching there.

They engaged with all of the toys and other children there fantastically. The best part was I didn't have to clean up afterwards. I had a chance to meet the owners/educators who are not only super sweet but also enthusiastic about enriching children's lives. Looking forward to visiting for more playdates and classes as well. They offer speech as well as structured play sessions which I'm definitely going to attend. Recommend following on IG for play and class updates.

Bell didn't have reviews related to driving when I was looking for a driving school, but I wanted…read moremy son to start and other places didn't have open slots, so I purchased one lesson to get a feel for them. We were very pleased so I purchased a package (and they have several options), and I've just purchased another one. Before purchasing the 2nd package I gave my son the opportunity to consider other options but he likes the instructor and is learning techniques, and not just driving. In my opinion, nothing can replace quality lessons, or peace of mind when your child is about to start driving on their own. Later on I plan on purchasing highway lessons. Nosey mom that I am, I peeked out the window and observed the instructor giving him instruction before letting him pull out. The instructor is always on time, communicates well, and my son is more confident behind the wheel. From my end, it's easy to set up appointments, they're professional, customer friendly, and easy to reach - another thing that is extremely important to me. I would HIGHLY recommend.
