When it comes to emergency dental situations, this office has truly exceeded my expectations. The…read moresense of urgency they bring to every situation makes you feel genuinely cared for. My son broke his tooth, and Dr. Diane immediately made space in her schedule, twice, to make sure he was seen as soon as possible. The entire team handled the situation quickly, professionally, and with real compassion. They took great care of my son and did everything they could to address the issue promptly. In a moment of stress, they made us feel supported and prioritized. The hygienist and dentist answered all of my son's questions and engaged him in other conversation to keep him calm and comfortable. As a Mom, I love that level of care for my child! I'm incredibly grateful for how fast and attentive they were. Highly recommend.

My child started going here a little before 2 years old. I found simple cleanings were fine. My…read morechild needed a tooth extraction and became scared. Part 1 was complete. We needed to come back for a part 2. I told the hygienist, I would like to talk to the dentist to adjust the plan, to address my child's anxiety. A few days before the second part, no contact from the dentist and instead I received a call from a front desk person canceling the appointmeant, siting concerns it will hurt the relationship with my child. I spoke to the office manager, stating refusing care for a child, because they experienced fear, causes more trauma then completing the work and coming up with a patient centered plan. The final decision I was told, " we don't challenge the dentist's decision.'". I informed the PA that my child's take away, in the child's words is " I got scared and it's my fault they will not help me." upon hearing this, no one reached out to express concern about the damage that was done. No one would consider that their "practices" were out of date with what we know about patient center care. Since then, I found a new lovely practice they met with us, discussed the previous experience, developed a collaborative plan to address my child's fear and my child completed the treatment. My child likes the new dentist and trusts the new dentist.

I am the mother of an anxious, timid 6 year old girl who was very uneasy about being at the dentist…read morewith sounds of the machines & laying back in a chair letting someone dig around in her mouth. Gina the dental hygienist was absolutely amazing. she was able to offer an alternative position for cleaning to help my daughter that made her feel comfortable & she talked her the whole way through it. Gina I would like to say it is healthcare professionals like you that make a big difference in the lives of people everyday!! Thank you!!! this is a great office. but 5 stars to Gina!!!

She belittled him and told him several times he was being a baby. She did not explain anything to him, when she was cleaning his teeth, he didnt understand to close his mouth around the straw to suck out the water, he thought he was drowning. On the second visit in November 2017, they tried to get xrays. Again she didnt explain anything to him, she grabbed his face and shoved the plastic bar holding the xray. He pulled away and started to cry. She called him a baby and to hold still. The dentist was very nice and seemed to calm him down. They told me he has the begins of a cavity and to bring him back in 3 months. So I took him yesterday. I blame myself I should have never let these people near my child again. The same hygenist took care of my son, the same manhandling nature, name calling, but this time she wouldnt let me stand with him and hold his hand. She was gagging him with the xray stick to the point he was almost sick. When I moved in to comfort him she told me to move out of the room. This was a horrible experience. The dentist was just as cold, no patience, no friendly demeanor. She barely looked at my child then told me they has to send him to an ER and sedate him in order to fix his cavities. This was the third dentist in three trips, she doesnt know my child, she hasnt worked up a relationship with him. It is all about the money. A $2000 procedure, when she has no idea if he really needs it. You are a pediatric dentist office, this is all you do. If you do not want to work with children then dont work for pediatrics. I went across the street to a family dentist and in the waiting room a women overheard my story and said that she has a similar situation with her daughter. I chose a pediatric dentist to help my son not fear the dentist, I wanted to start him with a good relatiosnhip so he wont be afraid to go to the dentist when he is older. These people should be investigated and the licenses revoked.

Dr. Doshi and her assistant are consummate professionals with excellent bedside manners to put a young child at ease. The practice is ultra-clean, and modern. We didn't have to wait at all, kept our masks on as required, and washed our hands after we were confirmed for our appointment. We were ushered to our dental suite and Dr. Doshi's assistant interviewed us about dental hygiene as we waited for Dr. Doshi to attend to our child. Our child was so at ease with with Dr Doshi, and the examination, cleaning, and fluoride treatment took about 45 minutes from the moment we arrived until we were done. Overall a great experience for our child and we highly recommend this practice for your child's dental care. Our child had a very positive experience at the dentist. A point of note at this time they only allow one parent to come into the practice with a child.
