I had to bring my daughter in during a vacation trip nearby because she wasn't feeling well. The…read moremedical staff were fantastic: they were sweet, patient, gentle, and very thorough. They also reliably followed-up with the result of tests done. The registration by phone was also simple enough. The one part that was fine but maybe not 100% was the initial reception. For one, not long before we got there, I called ahead and was told the wait time was at least 40 minutes. I get there 20 minutes later and the waiting room is completely empty, which is a good thing but I don't know why they made it seem like they were busy. I parked right in front at a designated spot and text the number on the sign. I completed the registration by phone. But when I went inside I got a cold reception. I said we were there for my daughter's appointment and then got softly reprimanded for having checked into the wrong Atracare location. Except I followed the instructions right on the sign at the designated parking space, so if that went to another location that's Atracare's doing. It's never ideal when you're walking in with a sick kiddo and getting a cold, scoldy reception. Fortunately things picked up from there. I'm not local to any Atracare but I would go back if I needed medical care in the area. I was really happy with the medical staff, the electronic registration procedures, the wait time, and the cleanliness of the clinical area.

April 30 I ended up in the ER in Salisbury. I was discharged May 3. I was told it was a "massive" asthma attack. Enough so that there was heart damage. Thankfully, that part was only temporary. May 10 I ended up in the ER again. This time I had multiple DVTs in both legs AND multiple PEs in BOTH lungs. May 12 I sent a message through the Patient Portal about the ordeal and wanted to know if Dr. Conaway wanted to see me for a post-discharge follow-up. His assistant responded with my Primary was doing a follow-ip. Yes, I know this. But she's an RN and NOT a Pulmonologist. I've now switched doctors because I'm tired of Tidal Heath's doctors and more specifically their gatekeepers, not wanting to do the most basic of tasks. PEs and an asthma attack most definitely fall under Pulmonary!

They make the hard work fun and rewarding. I am so grateful to have had them for my post op care. I am happy to say that with their expertise and my hard work, the new knee is working so well and has gone beyond my expectations. I've been going to therapy at the BB location for many sessions. I have found each of the…read moretherapists to be very well trained and caring in working with all levels of patients issues. From my own perspective, I have found that if I repeat the exercises that they prescribe when we are in a session, I get much more effective results long-term. All of the therapist are well trained, and interested in making the most impact for each and every patient who visit the site. I have worked with at least four of the therapist and each one is pleasant, caring, and quite knowledgeable on how to help each patient get the maximum value out of each session. There is no doubt that you need to repeat these exercises at home continuously in order to get the maximum benefit from the entire therapy session, I would recommend the Bebee therapy location in Millville has one of the top therapy places to go for injuries.

Waiting area was comfortable & clean. The treatment rooms were nice size and appeared orderly & clean. The technician that worked with us before the doctor came in was efficient and very personable. She helped alleviate some of the nerves. The doctor came in pretty quickly, examined my husband & confirmed he needed stitches. We were pleased with services and glad we avoided a hospital visit. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars because of the lack of discharge summary & instructions, nor an itemized bill. I asked for instructions because you can't remember everything they tell you. The "excuse" for not giving out paperwork was simply, "we haven't done that since COVID". THAT makes NO sense!!
