I completely understand that bleaching comes with risks and can cause damage to any type of hair. However, I felt that my stylist was extremely busy and was working with multiple clients at the same time. Throughout my appointment, I was moved to different chairs and was sometimes only checked on after she finished applying color to another client. I don't necessarily blame the stylist, because it seemed like she was being stretched between too many clients at once. However, considering the amount of money I spent, I expected much more attention to my hair and a better overall result. I have since gone to another salon to have my hair corrected as much as possible. Unfortunately, because of the amount of damage and breakage, I was advised that I need to wait at least a month before they can safely do anything further with my hair. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the experience and the condition my hair was left in, especially after spending nearly $500.
