After 3 years, I'm back. I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. So when my…read morepanic and anxiety attacks conveniently began to tag team, I found myself back to the beginning. The universe knew exactly what it was doing sending me back to the starting line. I've lost my way again. I indeed forgot how to calm my mind and body. It was a humbling way for the universe to tell me I am not meditating nor relaxing correctly. That's where Jessika comes in. She is the absolute best and is truly amazing at holding a safe space for you to achieve complete and total relaxation. She offers virtual appointments and thankfully she had availability within a few days. My experience during a session is walking in with a million thoughts racing through my head while my body can't sit down and walking out relaxed, peaceful, and focused. What a difference. I must admit how naive I was to think that reiki should not be a consistent part of my healing journey. Talking with Jessika, she made an interesting point that while reiki can help after one session its benefits can go beyond by being more consistent. I do agree because if one session can bring peace to my life imagine what monthly sessions could do for my health and healing. My goal is to be more consistent in reiki healings this year so that I can be the best version of myself. I can't wait to book my next session and continue to work on healing. So if you are on the fence, do it. Book the appointment and get started on your healing journey.

I've attended many seminars and trainings from well-known speakers and coaches over the years, but Tim's approach is different. It wasn't just coaching--it felt like real healing. He helped me look at my past failures, disappointments, and resentments from a completely new perspective. Instead of seeing them as burdens, he helped me realize they were actually part of what shaped me into the person I am today. For the first time, I felt genuine gratitude for experiences I had spent years wishing never happened. That shift alone was incredibly powerful. I left the session feeling lighter, more at peace, and more hopeful about the future. I'm genuinely excited for my next session and to continue this journey of growth and healing. She says that it's nice that we don't have to pay for parking although everywhere else in Orange County you would have to pay for parking. I expressed my incredulity about her statement, since that was not true in my experience as an Orange County native. She couldn't even validate my experience, which was obviously different from hers but also SUCH a trivial matter. How hard is it to acknowledge that I never had to pay for parking for any kind of services in the OC? She just insisted I was wrong and she was right. It's amazing what the first 5 minutes in a session will tell you. To quote Maya Angelou, "when someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time." I will believe what I saw and experience. And do yourself a favor and believe all the bad reviews!! She claimed to be really direct but I think she's using that as a guise for her cold and standoffish personality. She didn't even seem comfortable being in the session. I came into session wondering if I could trust this person and she acted threatened by that. I'm sorry, but is this your first counseling session ever??? Isn't that a normal part of the job - dealing with clients who are a little hesitant, maybe a little distrustful of you? I don't know if she was experiencing countertransference but she was really not aligned with me at all. In fact, I felt emotionally attacked by this therapist and really unsafe. Oh, and as we were discussing our history, she stated this is not her niche, to which I asked, "what is your niche then?" And she just glared at me and said "this is not it." Lol. Lady, therapy is not your niche. Helping others this way is not your niche. I'm grateful to be in a position to recognize when a counselor is NOT trustworthy and I hope this review serves as a warning sign to others. I'm so glad to have found someone else who more honest, comfortable with herself, still very direct, but a much warmer guide in my life. I was truly at my wits' end. Childhood-rooted issues had carried over into my adulthood, and a…read morerecent heartbreak left me drowning in self-loathing, depression, and a vicious repetitive cycle. Traditional Western medications and therapy offered some temporary relief, but the moment I walked out of the office, I was right back to square one--nothing seemed to stick. Desperate for something different, I stumbled across the idea of hypnotherapy. Honestly, I had nothing to lose, so I decided to give it a real chance. After an initial phone conversation, I met Elizabeth in person. I'll admit I was still pretty skeptical during that first week--especially as someone who works in a hospital providing direct patient care, where evidence-based approaches are the norm. But I committed to the process. I followed the program diligently, incorporating the holistic medications/supplements and listening to the hypnotherapy recordings twice a day as instructed. Slowly, almost imperceptibly at first, things began to shift. My mentality and self-perception started changing in ways I hadn't thought possible. By the end of the program, I was genuinely not the same person who first walked into Elizabeth's office. I'm so much more outgoing now. I willingly put myself in vulnerable situations with strangers--something social anxiety used to completely paralyze me from doing. I even reenrolled in school, not just for the education, but to be around others and embrace that environment, which previously would have triggered overwhelming anxiety. This experience was worth every single penny. If you're feeling stuck in a painful cycle--whether it's anxiety, depression, self-doubt, or something deeper--I can't recommend Elizabeth and her hypnotherapy approach enough. It truly helped me get unstuck and move forward. What stands out even more is Elizabeth's genuine care. Even after all my sessions were completed, she still reaches out periodically to check in and see how I'm doing. That level of follow-through shows someone who takes real pride in their work and truly cares about their clients' long-term outcomes. Thank you, Elizabeth--you don't know how profoundly you've changed my life. If you're on the fence, just take the leap. It could be the turning point you've been searching for.

For over a year, I didn't feel like myself--I was constantly in a state of panic. Simple things like nighttime, driving long distances, or even leaving my home felt overwhelming. Elizabeth helped me understand that what I was going through wasn't just about my current situation, but also connected to deeper childhood experiences I hadn't fully recognized. She guided me through those emotions with patience and care, helping me make sense of everything I was feeling. Through her support and the process she walked me through, I slowly began to feel like myself again. I'm now in a much more positive place, and I truly feel like I've regained my sense of normalcy. I was a little skeptical at first, but I'm so grateful I took that step. If you follow her guidance, it truly works. I highly recommend Elizabeth to anyone who is struggling, she made a life-changing difference for me.
