Cherry Hill is the best. I've been coming here for 35 years, nobody better. Used to be large animal, but not sure they do that anymore.

Maybe she finally noticed I was getting upset because she eventually stopped talking. I had to send pics via email so she could understand my question about the prescription. I'll try another vet.

On three different occasions, two over the phone and one in person, I felt talked down to and that neither I or my pet was a concern or priority for them. We needed emergency care for one of our pets outside normal office hours. Expensive and inconvenient of course, but unavoidable. HAC all but refused to commence the aftercare - which the emergency clinic recommended they do. HAC could not find time in their schedule (from a Wednesday to the following Tuesday) to fit us in. This happened on two different occasions. They recommended we go back to the clinic that we started with. Emergency clinics are needed for emergencies - that is why they are so dang expensive. We were not able to afford additional appointments there for follow-ups. I also had a very irritating back and forth on getting worms treated in our puppy. Stool sample came back negative and the tech was irritated with me that I called back to question that since there were visible worms in the sample I took in that day. Pictures and video needed to be emailed of "what I think I'm seeing" because "it looks as though we have done a fecal several times for you" and "we are not just going to prescribe medication for no reason". (the first two samples were at their request for the general new puppy exam, it wasn't as if I was dropping off bags of poop for fun) From start to finish, the process to get medication through their mail program which was our only option because they do not have medication on hand, took over 10 days. That is a long time to deal with worms in a house of five pets. I was disappointed with the way the clinic ran and was organized. On a side note, when I called to have my records transferred to a new vet, there was no conversation whatsoever on why, or for what reason - they do not care.

"Had" 2 dogs & 1 cat being treated for a long time there. Try this, increase that, days to return…read morecalls, not refilling prescription by vet on call, so busy there, rushed, felt like a number. Actually heard one vet say in the hallway that she didn't have time for what I stated in my message that I wanted done. May 9th my dog needed to be put down & I wanted this done at home. That vet was on vacation so they said to bring her in. She was 64 lbs & couldn't stand. I found a service that did that. No condolences from them at all. In June I decided to change to another place. My two left were still declining. Got my cat in the following day. He had to be put down. Had an appointment 3 days later for my other dog. The 2nd day I had to take her to emergency in Waukesha. She was critical and also had to be put down. Three pets in less than two months! I let them know about that and not one condolence for any of my pets! Nothing! My other dog they didn't have a chance to met and everyone there wrote something special in a card they sent to me. They may be cheaper there but spend a little bit more and get guaranteed proper care that's needed for your pets and "know" that they're not a number, they're your family! So extremely disappointed and angry. Do not recommend them at all!

We had…read moretrusted them to know what is best for our animals so when they told us our dog actually needed 2 injections instead of one, we trusted them. Turns out that doing those injections on the same day would lead to our dog's health rapidly declining and in under a week our dog went from healthy to deceased from an overdose. It was gross negligence on the part of the vets and to this day we still receiving letters pressuring us to take in our other dog for injections despite the fact of what happened due to their negligence with our last dog. I highly don't recommend bringing your pets here if you value their life. No amount of compensation can bring back what they did. They even fed us false hopes and lies by giving us medications that they claim would help but in reality they knew it was already too late with the injections being in our dog's system.
