They offer both outdoor access kennels as well as custom kennels that mimic a room in a home, or a basic kennel. We chose the kennel with outdoor access and our dog loved being able to go inane out as she saw fit. They allow you to bring in your dogs favorite food, treats and comforts. We brought our dogs favorite blanket. They have a large center with a trail to take your dog for a walk and offer play times. I liked the flexibility of picking what works best for our dog instead of a cookie cutter boarding like so many other paves. It's clean, smells good and is well staffed. We left on vacation confident our dog would be safe, cared for and spoiled just like at home. Trusted, and profession make them one of Ozaukee counties best boarding facilities.

I asked a few basic questions and found out that it was a place where I could go walking on trails with my service dog. We love to walk trails so I became fixated on finding out where this place was. It's only about 12 minutes away from my home so I decided we should find it. We took a Sunday drive to go look for it and I am so happy we did. This is a beautiful, natural preserve. I really hope that people that come here will make the effort to keep it beautiful. The trails are long and clean and they extend onward forever. The air is crisp and cool and inviting. I just wanted to walk off into the sunset and never come back. I was reminded of all the times I went volksmarching in Germany. They were the happiest times of my tour of Germany. I love being out in nature so I know my service dog and I will come here often. I can't wait to bring a friend and explore the trails. It's a little daunting because the trails go on and on. I wasn't comfortable going alone but I just know great adventures await us. If you love being outside and close to nature, you'll have to explore this place. Be respectful. Keep it clean. Take your trash back with you. Don't leave dog poop everywhere. Let's work hard to keep places like this open and available for everyone to enjoy. Whenever we have concerns, the doctors and techs have bent over backwards to make sure we had all the answers we needed. From the receptionists to the techs and doctors, we've been treated with nothing but respect and compassion every time we have visited. The clinic is always clean and never too crowded. The people are great. The location isn't the most convenient but that is easily made up for by the experience once you get there.

I am absolutely furious and heartbroken over the care my dog, Milli, received at this clinic. I…read moretrusted this veterinarian with my baby, and I will never stop wondering whether that trust cost her valuable time. Milli suddenly lost mobility in her front leg, which was extremely concerning because this was not a gradual change. We brought her in because we were very concerned and expected them to investigate why this was happening. Instead, we were told that they performed a chemistry blood test and a heartworm test, diagnosed her with arthritis, and sent her home with anti-inflammatory medication. That diagnosis did not make sense to us. Arthritis is something that typically develops over time. Milli's loss of mobility happened suddenly, yet no neurological cause was investigated or even discussed with us, and we were not referred to a neurologist. A few weeks later, because Milli was still having problems, we took her to another veterinarian. They performed a full blood panel and referred us to a neurologist, where we discovered that Milli had suffered a stroke. This is the part I cannot get past. A stroke can require immediate recognition and treatment, and I will forever wonder what could have happened if her condition had been recognized when she first suddenly lost mobility. We lost precious time because we were told it was arthritis. I am devastated that I brought my dog in for help and left believing she simply had arthritis, when something much more serious was happening neurologically. I feel this veterinarian failed my dog by not investigating the sudden loss of mobility more thoroughly and by not considering a neurological cause or referring us for a neurological evaluation. I trusted them to recognize that something was wrong with my baby, and instead we were sent home. Milli ultimately became critically ill and passed away. I will carry the heartbreak of this experience for the rest of my life, and one of the hardest things to live with is wondering whether earlier recognition of her stroke could have given her a better chance. I strongly encourage any pet owner whose dog suddenly loses mobility or develops unexplained neurological symptoms to get a second opinion and advocate aggressively for further testing or a neurological referral. Do not simply accept "arthritis" as an explanation for a sudden change without asking questions. Milli deserved better. She deserved someone to look deeper when she needed help.
