We just had a really positive experience with Cherry Hill Nissan. Here is the condensed story: I had corresponded with the Sales manager Lou Salvatore about buying a 2026 Sentra. The deal included a trade-in of another car we had. He was very professional and we agreed on an amount for the Sentra that included the trade-in. On the way to the dealership today in a parking lot down the road another car rammed into the back of our car!! We were kind of devastated. Was totally not our fault. I called Lou immediately and he said to come in and see what we can do. We showed up for our appointment and met with Lou and the Sales consultant Kamran Muhammad. Kamran was very sympathetic to our obvious bad luck,but still worked out a very fair deal that included some value to the trade in. Kamran was also very professional and helpful by working out the whole insurance and registration situation. I never write reviews, but we walked away very pleased with our brand new Sentra. My family has been dealing with Cherry Hill Nissan for at least 25 30 years. I took my wife there to get a certified used care. 2021 Rougue from Ron Carpenter. Worst mistake I ever made. He's a liar and a cheat. Was told that everything was replaced and was new on the car. We have been having all sorts of problems since she brought the car. We were specifically told that the tires were brand new. This morning we woke up to a flat tire, road side assistance said there was no way that the tire was new. We also had an issue with the car not going into reverse and they actually wanted us to pay to get it fixed. It's just been a cluster Fuc-, since we got this car from Ron and he's now saying he never said the tires were new. Just a serious piece of SHI-!! I've just moved to the area and have owned nothing but Nissans my entire life. I'm making this point to start because it shows I've seen my share of Nissan dealerships. For the first time, my car battery decided to crap out on me. The roadside assistance got to me within 20 minutes and when I called to ask if my battery could be taken care of that day, they told me to come right in. No issues. This is for their Service/Parts Department. I needed a component and didn't want to wait at the local auto parts stores to get the parts in 3 days. So I called several dealerships for this part and CH Nissan had it in stock. Of course it was more expensive, but in this case speed over cost was the important factor here. So, I spoke to a rep (David??) and told him my situation. He said, no problem come on down. You know how the story goes...went the a day later and the rep at the counter said "no we can't do that (sell my the part), we only install it and our next open appointment is 2 weeks from now". Unbelievable, horrible experience and customer service!! Bought the parts at from the great staff at Advanced AutoParts and it installed by the professionals at Meineke for a third of those scam artist that the dealership were asking. Over the past 2 years I have had my 2016 Nissan Rogue serviced at this location for two issues and both have been utterly frustrating. My trunk lift gate stopped functioning which is frustrating because the only possible way to then open the gate is to crawl into your trunk with a screw driver to finagle a tiny switch through a hole in the door. At the same time I noticed water inside my trunk which seems to be coming from the gate window. When having the gate serviced I asked for the water issue to also be evaluated because I thought the two issues could be relate. My lift gate was fixed after paying more than $500 and I was told there was no water issue. Fast forward to this year when I was experiencing water inside my trunk and also now on my font inside passenger roof. Turns out my sunroof drains were blocked. Which wouldn't have been as frustrating until I was told that drain cleaning is standard maintenance for sunroofs...so why had no one at Nissan ever mentioned this before? Further more if this is a standard maintenance practice wouldn't this have been good to check when I complained about water in my trunk in relation to my lift gate? So if that's not enough, while my sunroof drains were cleared the driver side roof rail was damaged. I noticed the damage upon getting my vehicle home so I took it back to be looked at but according to Nissan the piece had "oxidized" and would be about $1700 to fix...pretty convenient it oxidized while being worked on. Oh & if that's not frustrating enough, after dropping my car off for a 7:10 am appt about the damage I got a call around noon about my sunroof...not the roof rails. So they took 5 hours to look at the wrong part of my car which explains a lot in regard to their lack of ability to hear what issues a customer is trying to have resolve (see water concerns above). Fast forward to today when I called to discuss my lift gate not functioning again, a little over a year after being fixed. Turns out because it's over a year and Nissan takes no responsibility for disregarding the water issue last August by telling me there was no issue...I can pay again to have my care evaluated and then pay again to have lift gate fixed again. Luckily for Nissan I am conveniently out of the 12 month window to have the lift gate issue covered. I would highly recommend finding another service center for your vehicles unless you enjoy paying high prices to have issues fixed multiple times. Or maybe you prefer to not have your concerns actually listened to and thouroughly looked into for the $100+ you pay to have your vehicle inspected. There's nothing I hate more than having to come to CH Nissan to drop my car for service. It's probably one of the most basic dealerships that I've ever had to experience. Not sure if that's a CH problem or national Nissan thing. I've had to go without my dad (yes, even though I'm old enough to go by myself) twice and had terrible experiences both times. The maintenance guys are nice, but the service people at the front desk make me feel like I have no idea what I'm talking about. I visited once a few months ago for an oil change, and I told them that my car was telling me about a software update, and that I had it covered under an extended warranty. They began to tell me that the extended warranty that I had was only for transmission issues even though the letter I had specifically stated 'any necessary software updates'. There's no way that meant any necessary software updates ONLY if you have transmission issues...like that doesn't even make any sense....They still refused to update my software unless I paid for it. Exactly a month later, I had to go in to get my wheel bearing fixed (mind you, I'm an extremely safe driver with a brand new car - bought in 2015), and they also updated my software because 'the message popped up while we were test driving it'. So, are you trying to tell me you didn't believe me when I questioned it the first time??? The dealership itself, is just so basic. My mom has a toyota and holman toyota has the best darn amenities in my opinion. Free car wash, free coffee/tea, snack machine, huge waiting area, etc. Wish the dealership provided some more free perks. Contacted the SM via VM and didn't receive a call back. I emailed the SM expressing my disappointment in my experience, and how they left me hanging after I brought someone in to buy a car recently. I let them know that I had another referral for them, for a $50K vehicle if they would respond to my email. It's been a week, still haven't received an email back. I wanted badly to love this dealership but I'm so disappointed and will be taking my family business else where. Update: bought a 2nd Nissan Pathfinder for myself at another dealership. I am in the market for a pathfinder SL or Platinum for my wife, a platinum for my cousin, and my father in law is currently looking to order an SV or SL for next year. Update. Took my car to another dealership and with out question they fixed everything under the warranty. And get this, the USB that CH Nissan didn't want to fix cause they felt it was related to other work a dealer did, had nothing to Don with previous repair. It actually turned into a big deal so the dealership gave me a loaner for a week. It had a short in a major wiring harness. My daughter is looking for a car. She is 19 and this will be her first purchase of a vehicle on her own. I am working with her through this process so she doesn't get screwed. Good thing I am because Nissan of CH's "Salesman of the Year" Ron Carpenter" is on the job and he is every bit the stereotype that car salesmen are said to be. I told him we were looking at several cars from several dealerships but were interested in the car we were looking at. I asked him if he could hold it for a few days and offered a deposit. To which he took my credit card information and we agreed that they would hold the car until Tuesday of this week. 5 days in total 4 since car dealers are closed on Sundays. Saturday afternoon (just before running out the door at the end of his day like a rat) he called my daughter and not me to pressure her into a decision. Trying to buy a car there is a total waste of time. I went twice this week. The first time, because I was interested in the rogue, I asked if they had any brochures. They disinterestedly told me they don't do that when Mount Holly Nissan was able to send me interactive brochures when I drove down to them a few minutes later. I went today and they had 4 of the model in which I was interested in stock. They told me a few things that were contrary to the Nissan USA website (e.g., that the premium package consisting of led headlights and a moonroof isn't a thing, that the features the Nissan USA website says are dealer installations were in fact manufacturer installations) which cut against their credibility. The internet sales department is also relentless and uses these ridiculous emails written as if they were on behalf of the car you expressed interest in, saying, in effect "why'd you lose interest in me, did I do something wrong?" I got this email one day after I didn't return a call because, you know, work. Buying a car is a serious economic transaction and should be handled professionally, not like a conversation with an ex begging to get back together with you. The only positive is they provided me with the invoice pricing for the vehicle I was looking at, which not every dealership will do. Invoice prices hardly tell the whole story but it was still helpful to have for negotiation purposes. read more

I have bought two cars from this dealership, and their sales team are great! Their service department is something that needs an overhaul. First of all their prices are ridiculously expensive (same price as my Infinity parts). I brought my car in for work, it ended up only needing a battery, no one called me the first time I had to call them. So my car sat all day when it could have been worked on. Then they Fijian my car, never call to tell me and the dealership is closed! All my work keys and supplies are in my car, and I needed to work. I called the sales department, and someone from there walked over and found a worker that helped me after hours. Only to find out my hill is $110 higher then I was told! $358 for a battery is BEYOND ridiculous. But I was at their mercy, I needed my car. Do not use this service shop, they have inflated prices, and poor service. Their sales team are excellent though and will give you a great deal on a car. read more

I took my car in today to deal with 2 Nissan safety issues. That part was fine. There we're 2 ladies there for service. The service manager told them both that the mechanic recommended changing the engine filter and the cabin filter. They quoted the prices at 89.95 for the engine filter and 49.95 for the cabin filter. A quick check on Amazon for both filters is 10 bucks apiece. What a ripoff! Also priced two radial tires for over $500! I'm so glad I know how to use the internet. read more

As much as I totally loathe taking my car to Cherry Hill Nissan, I will say that I always feel like it has been well taken care of after all is said and done. Or maybe I just need to tell myself that as I part with hundreds of dollars every time my ride needs fixing. Everything is beyond expensive, and should you decide not to have an issue fixed right away (because there are other, more pressing car issues to handle first), you will still be charged a fee just because someone looked at the source of the noise, light, etc. In addition to paying whatever fee you are already paying to have other problems resolved. Having a car while living in the city is definitely a luxury, but it's an expensive one. Regardless, I need my wheels to work like a well-oiled machine whenever I want to get out of town. After 7+ years, my car is still treating me well, and I probably have CH Nissan to thank for part of that. read more

I took my vechicle in because the heater system stopped working. When I picked up my car nothing had been done. In addition, there was water damage under the rug on the drivers side. Foam was left sticking up under the wind shield on the drivers side as well. I took it back and was told that sun roof drains were clogged and it would cost 500 for repair. Absolutely not because I did not have this problem prior to coming to this dealership. Upon putting a formal complaint with corporate, I was told to bring the car in. My car was kept for a week to locate the leak and fix the heat. During this time, I was in consistent communication with the service manager Bob Miller regarding the progress. I received a call that the leak was found and the heater was fix and work was complete. Upon picking up the vehicle I was given a form to sign indicating there was never a problem. Are you kidding me? I refused to sign took my car home only to discover that items were also stolen from the vehicle. Hence, I would not recommend this dealership. read more

Today we took delivery of our 2014 Nissan Altima and have been very happy with the overall process. We've been shopping/test driving cars since late January, since we wanted to find the right mid-size car to replace our 2011 Buick coming off lease (we'll never buy another GM car again, but I digress). The dealership is always busy and our salesman, Juan, took the time to work with us on picking out the right car. Since we weren't in a rush, he was great in doing a vehicle locate so we could purchase the right car (color, interior, and options), even if it meant getting the car from another dealer (they swap cars all the time). Some of the earlier reviews were negative reviews on the service area so I can't comment on that yet (in 3 months for first oil change, I'll be back to update). Very positive just an overall nice guy apparently he got laid off I don't even know who these other three guys are . As I read some of these reviews, I am shocked to not read more overtly negative comments. This is the worse dealership I visited in the last two weeks. I went to Honda, Jeep and Toyota. All three were solid, flexible and understanding of what I'm looking for in factoth rebates and lease bargains. This dealership seems to operate on Mars! The salesman we worked with had the personality of wet log. He was drab, smug and disinterested in anything we had to say. He acted like someone just shot his dog. So I told my finacee, "let's give this guy a chance, you know, we all have bad days. Maybe he's just having a bad day." So this guy walked like 10 feet in front of us to the Nissan Rogue we wanted to look over. He immediately launched into this litany of features without even asking us what were interested in in a vehicle. We went on the test drive and I had to keep the conversation going, asking a ton of questions, and he was knowledgeable, but very monotone. After we park the car he doesn't even ask us if we like it?!?! Isn't that sales 101?! -- "Do you like the vehicle?" But the worst was when he brought over the first pricing offer. He goes through the pricing and then I tel him I want to see a model less expensive, the monthly payment wasn't to my liking. I didn't bargain with him. I didn't try to negotiate. I immediately went to a less expensive version of the same model and he immediately became agitated. He said, "We're talking about a different vehicle now. We're wasting time." I didn't get agitated. I told him the features I wanted. I wanted the safety package and a moonroof. The rest of it can go away. I don't need the leather seats or the other luxury features. I asked him if that was possible and he said yes. He leaves and returns with another offer at $80 less a month. Great!!! This is progress! So he goes over what's included and no moonroof. I asked him, why no moonroof? And he said that's going to be 2k more. Okay. And then he tries to sell us this car. Now, we haven't even seen this car yet and he hasn't delivered on the car color. So we haven't even seen this car that we're negotiating. So I ask him, "Can we see the car first, before we continue with this?" I thought it was a reasonable request. But he continues to negotiate with my fiancee. And ignores me. But he finally asks a real question, "Is this price in the ballpark?" And I answer, yes, but if I was standing on homeplate, you'd be in the 700 level." I don't think he liked that. He then said that the pricing is the pricing and we're getting the best possible price and he can't go any lower. So I tell my fiancee, maybe we should try another Nissan dealership? Well, he goes ballistic! He says, "Why would you say that to me? I'm working hard here! You're wasting my time! Yeah, he said I was wasting his time!!!!! I looked around the dealership there were maybe two other sets of customers I'm there. I immediately shut it down and said were leaving and he said, "Fine, I'll go tell my manager!" Like we're grade school. What a miserable person. I don't cross-off many businesses, but this place will never see my face, my fiances' face or any of my relatives' faces or any of my friend's faces or thier friend's faces or thier friend's faces. I will never own another nissan in my life & i will NEVER take my vehicle to Cherry Hill Nissan.. I decided to buy a SUV when I was pregnant for my unborn son. Thought I was getting a great deal.. to find out the transmission had old software and needed to be replaced.. no big deal right? Nissian was covering 100%.. great. Now I'll have a new suv for my son & a brand new transmission. After sitting in the dealership for months! (Did i mention they wouldn't provide me with a rental car?) finally got my car back and Had my son. Great, no more issues and we can finally enjoy our SUV. I wish that was the case... months after I got work done on my SUV (keep in mind.. I barely left the house in the last 4 months due to the birth of our son) all the transmission fluid is leaking out of my vehicle to the point I had to get it towed. Sooo.. i called Cherry hill Nissan thinking, they did the work they will help me. HA. They basically told me, get the car towed, we have no loaners and good luck. So i took my car to Turnersville nissan where I felt they would take better care of me. To find out- the issue was Cherry Hill Nissan never attached my axel correctly and it caused the transmission fluid to leak out. keep in mind.. this is the SUV my family drives our 2 month old son in....And this is my fault, why?! Currently arguing with cherry hill nissian that they DID NOT do their job correctly and they are not taking responsibility... i suggest if you are in the car market or need service do NOT take to cherry hill Nissan.. I have to say that this has been my best car buying experience since I bought Saturns back in the late 90's. My salesman Kamran made sure that I got all the information that I needed about the brand new Nissan Versa I wanted to buy. The finance manager Jim made sure that I was happy with my payment plan and extended warranties. I was not at all pressured into any service plan that I knew I would not need. I came to Cherry Hill Nissan from Yardley, PA because this dealership had a much better reputation than any Nissan dealer I could find in Bucks County and it paid off big time! I drove off with a brand new 2021 Nissan Versa for just a couple thousand more than a used 2019 Versa with 50,000 miles on it at Drivetime in Langhorne. The only reason I gave them one star is because you can't give zero stars. Sales department was the worst. Went in to buy a new pickup truck was told everything was good. The term and payment we agreed on was good. My credit score was almost 800. No issues. Detailed the truck, gave me the keys to the truck, all the books for the truck and even called my insurance company and put truck on insurance. Then 2 hours later, after being there 1/2 the day, they come back and tell me because it's a 2018 leftover they will only finance it for 75 months not 84 months making my payment $100 a month more. They lied and told me "everything was done". HORRIBLE ORDEAL. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM. This dealership got over on my 73 yr old mother for $1,100. Back in December my mother needed break service for her 2014 Nissi Sentra because she was concerned with unusual noise and clicks when breaking. She insisted to take it to a Nissan dealership as they are suppose to be certified in repair, right? I drove an hour and half to her then to the dealership to help her take the car to Cherry Hill Nissan as I live in another state. They supposedly diagnosed the problem and said it would cost a little over $900 to replace parts of the break system. Ok no problem so long as the problem is fixed and my mother feels safe driving the car. They worked on the car, she paid and all was fine until she drove it off the lot. Same problem, clicks and noises when breaking. Because it was late in the day we decided to take the car back another day to have them check the car again. The second time the service rep Jeff was kind enough to drive the car to see what the noises was all about. Sure enough he hears and feels the clicks and noises. So he recommend to have service adjust the repair they did on the first visit. So we made another appointment. They worked on the car and all was to fine. Well my mother drove the car and about a day later the same noises and clicks. I called to make a THIRD APPOINTMENT and have them check the repair work again. Jeff gave us another appointment. This time there, he offered my mother a dealer car for convenience while they kept the car for a few days and said there would be no charge for the dealer car. Ok no problem so long as the repairs or adjustments are done correctly and my mother feels safe, so faithlessly I agreed. Got a call back a week or so later to come pick up the car and that they could not find anything wrong with the car. I ask to please check another part of the car and he agreed. Jeff called back a few days later and said they could not find anything wrong with the car. This time on the phone Jeff was hostile and threaten to charge my mother for the rental if she did not bring it back. My mother Dropped off the dealer car and got her car back. Once she drove home, the same noises and clicks from breaking. So she spent a little over $900 and still the same problem. A few weeks later she looks on her credit card statement and sees that the dealership charged her rental fee for the dealer car they gave her to use while they supposedly fix her car. Called Jeff right away and he explained that there is a rental charge for the dealer car. I reminded him that he said there would not be a charge. He was a rude and hostile and said "You people are getting over on us". I replied back, "You People?" What did he mean by that? I am wondering is it because of my mother being of Hispanic heritage? That was Insulting and embarrassing to say the least. As if I make it a habit to drive almost two hours away to help my mother drop off her car so we could ride around in their used dealer car. Incredible this dealership. Never again and I would advise to take your car elsewhere when you need service. We thought to trade-in her car for new automobile but after this experience, it will not happen at this dealership. Take your money elsewhere. read more
