Only then did they tell me "We accidentally delivered them to someone else." Really? And you didn't try to fix the error? Had I not called them (and had I not been visiting), I would have never learned this. Who knows if this happened other times in the past, as my mother is not the type to be asking me why she didn't get any flowers, whether it is for Mother's day, her birthday, etc. So, my 91 year old mother had no flowers for Mother's day. I was very disappointed, having been a very loyal customer for many years. They did refund me, but only when I asked. Some time later, when I received a review form ("How was your experience with Hollywood Flower Shop? If your experience wasn't great, we want to make it right. Contact us directly"), rather than writing them a bad review, I sent them a private note. I got no response. Now that I am searching for a new place to order flowers, I was reminded of this bad experience, and decided to leave this review so that others can benefit from my experience.
