We got a deer processed to fill our stand up freezer a while back. There were cuts of meat I have…read morenever seen before. I asked a friend of mine that processes her own deer and she said I have never seen them because they are very time consuming and tedious. So this taxidermy takes the time to make use of the whole deer. Every roast I have cooked has been so good and tender like you wouldn't believe! For the ground there is no gristle. It's clean meat. I wanted some thing in nearly every aisle we walked down. Such a great variety of items and vendors. Despite leaving three items behind, I had to repack my whole suitcase and carry-on to be able to get what I did by home with me. Totally worth it!
