I have a very big fear of dental work but Dr. Salman and his entire team were so friendly, kind, patient and understanding. In addition, incorrect implant information was sent to my restorative dentist, which caused delays during my crown appointment while the offices sorted it out. The clinical work may have been fine, but the administrative and communication issues made the experience frustrating, especially given the cost of treatment. Patients spending this kind of money expect billing accuracy and proper coordination between providers.

I love the receptionist she has always been nothing but polite and very nice . However they have new staff here since my last visit . I go to the back mind you my appointment was set for 4 pm I got there by 3:30 pm . I sit down the girl tells me she's going to start off doing my x-rays and she will let me know if the dentist has time left to do my cleaning . I drove 40 mins to this office I don't get why I was scheduled for a cleaning If he couldn't do it . So she says well do you wanna wait to see how long it's going to take him or do you just want the x-ray?! I'm like let me go talk to the receptionist because why was I scheduled maybe theirs some confusion so I go up and she confirmed he knew I was scheduled for a cleaning and didn't understand why that was said . She goes to ask him and he literally tried to switch it up and says oh we just need updated x-rays which is fine but that's not what she said he said oh maybe she's was confused .. again whatever so he's like let her do the x-rays I'll be in after .. so she starts but this girl done walked out the room was touching the computer pulled her mask down wiped at her nose then attempted to put her hands in my mouth I said do you think that's sanitary ? The dentist who owns the place doesn't even look at or greet his clients (weirdo!) I should have known. They are located in a building across the street from a Taco Bell, Grocery, and a liquor store. I am so grateful, and Dr. Hahn should be so thankful that his team performed so unbelievably organized and patient-focused during his vacation this week. Of course, the crisis always occurs when the boss takes a break! But, these guys truly stepped up. I am so thankful as I have a critical job interview tomorrow. These professionals wouldn't let me leave the office today unless I was 100% satisfied. I have already referred two (high-value) patients to Dr. Hahn and the Georgia Dental Implant Center and the third will be calling tomorrow for an appointment.
