Dr. Boals and accompanying staff went out of there way to ensure that I was extremely comfortable, and feeling good during the entire procedure. Both golf courses are owned by the city and have the same regulations. So I know that's BS. Next, a storm came through, and I only played one hole of golf on the Peak before some carted fellow came out to the second hole, saying play was suspended. I paid for 9 holes of golf, and was kicked off due to weather, and that same pro shop attendant said there were no rain checks, and no refunds while practically yelling at me for asking a reasonable question. I knew I shouldn't have tried to play this course. This is not the same place I played for the last 30 years. You will never get my business again. I hope this drives your business to the ground, but you're owned by the city and don't care at all about your customers who pay your bills. You stole my money, and I will be looking into actions I can take. Not to get my money back, but to change the way you do business. There needs to be a wake-up call. You can't be so comfortable treating your customers like this.

The tee boxes had no markers. There was no drinking water available on the course. No rakes in the sand traps. No sand in the sand traps. No beverage cart. No starter. Front desk person did not greet us- he was on the phone but made no eye contact with us said nothing to us until he got off the phone 10 minutes later. At that price point compared to EVERYwhere else i play its not worth it. Hope they get better.

The rooms aren't very soundproof so after a couple of nights of early risers clomping around on the floor above us, they kindly moved us rooms to the top floor but then our neighbor was sick on their deck and we could hear all the unpleasantness.
