I'm fully aware this review is for the West location of Springs Pickleball, but since the East (New…read moreCenterpoint) location is run by the same management, my experience still matters. I'm posting this so future players don't go through what I did -- misleading promotions, hidden terms, and excuses instead of accountability. DO NOT FALL FOR THE "30 FOR 30" SCAM! I joined thinking it was a simple month-to-month trial -- exactly how it's advertised on their boards and website. After that, I voluntarily upgraded to the Unlimited+ plan, which I was told was also month-to-month. Nobody ever said a word about a year-long contract or any penalty for canceling. When I tried to cancel, they suddenly claimed I was locked into a full-year membership. I asked for proof of any "annual agreement" I supposedly signed -- nothing. They couldn't provide a single document. Instead, they deflected, blamed me, and acted like I should have magically known their fine print. Their "Unlimited" plan is a joke. You can only reserve one court a day, and they close early whenever they feel like it. I've shown up with friends to locked doors when the website said they were open. Their staff always have excuses -- "not enough people," "we're tired," "it's been a long day." That's not professionalism. As a disabled veteran on a limited income, I joined to stay active and find community -- not to get trapped by misleading, money-grabbing tactics. I regret recommending this place to anyone. The management hides behind technicalities instead of owning up to their mistakes. If you want to be blamed, ignored, and overcharged for "Unlimited" access that isn't unlimited, this is the place for you. $139 a month for disappointment. Chris and Elias are decent people stuck in a dishonest system. The problem is management. Read the reviews -- this isn't just me. It's a pattern.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming, positive, and truly family-friendly. What made the experience even more special was the outstanding service from Elias. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, answered all our questions, and genuinely cared about helping us find what worked best for our family. His kindness, professionalism, and warm personality completely sold us on the place. Because of the great environment and the exceptional way Elias treated us, our entire family decided to join as members -- and we haven't regretted that decision for a second. It's rare to find a place where customer service feels so personal and sincere, and where the focus is clearly on building community, not just memberships. If you're looking for a welcoming space to play pickleball and feel like part of a family, Springs Pickleball -- and Elias specifically -- are absolutely the way to go!

If I could give zero I would. I have never been so ignored in almost my entire life. Had 5…read moredifferent employees walked by me more than once. Can we guess how many offered to help? Zero. I'm disabled and I was looking for shoes to fit leg braces, not be basically stalked by employees whom say nothing when they wander by. Customer service has gone way down. All these people just act like they just don't want to actually work. Hang on though 1 person I talked to as I entered and exited. They need more like her. Wish I'd have caught the name on the name tag.

Seeing a circular ad for shoes on sale, I wanted to buy a pair of hiking boots. Not seeing my size in the style I wanted, Kent came up to me just ask I was about to ask for help. I told him I couldn't find my size in the particular style I wanted and asked him if he knew if that brand was good. I had no idea I asked my question to the right person! As it turns out, hiking is a passion of Kent. He provided me with so much information about the soles of shoes, stitching, material, and protecting the material of the shoes. When I told him I was looking for a shoe that was a little more like a boot since I had a fear of snakes, Kent also had knowledge of that! When I finally settled on a choice of shoe based on Kent's recommendation, he also told me what to look for as I walked, explaining how much weight/pressure I put on what part of my foot as I walked. Kent wasn't a high-pressure sales person, but truly wanted to make sure I got a shoe I liked and would work for me. In fact, I walked out with two pairs of shoes! It's so difficult to find great customer service these days, let alone someone who genuinely enjoys his job and giving tailored advice. I can't thank Kent enough for the outstanding customer service he provided me.
