I came here because it was highly recommended from a friend. I brought my vehicle in on a Sunday…read moreand came first thing Monday morning to bring the keys. I showed them what needed to be done literally I just needed a wire from my hardwired dash camera removed because it was draining my battery. I called Thursday morning asking the status and the owner said that he would have them look at it and it should be done that day. I drove by about 3:30 PM and it still hadn't moved so I walked in and I asked them if it would be done either today or tomorrow otherwise I needed to take it somewhere else because it's already been a week I haven't had my vehicle. The owner wasn't there he was at an appointment and the guy I spoke with had asked all the employees and nobody knew why my vehicle was there. So the guy said he'd have it done that day. I was charged $60.36 for a 10 minute job. I do understand that some shops charge a minimum of an hour no matter if it's a five minute job but that's a little extreme. Then my battery died again and I went to AutoZone and apparently Grainger Auto didn't put the terminal back on correctly and it was hard for AutoZone to take the battery out. So if you plan on coming here plan for your vehicle to be there for a minimum of a week because I've spoke to other people that their vehicle was there for two weeks without being touched or moved

Staying in a cabin in Gatlinburg for our honeymoon, and when we went to leave for a date night on…read morethe town our car wouldn't start!! After getting our 5 year old Duralast battery jumped-off, we drove to Advanced Auto Parts, priced a battery over the phone, but decided to give autozone a call since they're the ones who sold the Duralast brand. Eddie was more than helpful matching up the right battery, testing the old one to verify fault, and giving me different price options to choose from. I was interested in the three year Gold battery, but when I asked Eddie if he happened to notice what my old battery was when he tested it, and he said it was just a 2-year battery that had lasted that long. Even though he could've used the opportunity to take advantage of me and upsell a 3 year, he was honest and gave us the less-expensive 2 year battery! (Most parts stores wouldn't contain such integrity as I've learned from personal experience of having been taking advantage of in the past) Eddie was intelligent, smiling, helpful, and patient with me. He went above and beyond to get us back into a state of security and peace of mind with our car's health. He even sold me some battery terminal lubricant to protect against corrosion. I had already purchased a new set of felt washers in the trunk from a recent battery replacement for another vehicle we own, but he made sure I knew to use them to prolong the battery's lifespan! My wife and I were grateful to have found a man who wanted to take care of US first, then our car. And more importantly, someone who wasn't just out for the sell, but to help! Thanks a million Eddie!!!
