From our first conversation, Natalie was quick to respond and transparent about pricing and photography style. As people who had never planned a wedding, we appreciate Natalie for her communication. She was helpful during the planning process. Natalie sent us a questionnaire to understand our expectations and preferences and helped us prepare a family photos template (photos with all our family was important to us). Natalie was a true professional on our wedding day. She was punctual and came ready to shoot. Our ceremony had a late start, but Natalie made sure to use the time we had to capture some bride and groom pictures. Additionally, Natalie did an amazing job capturing our small ceremony's intimacy. One of Natalie's many strengths is her familiarity with the Santa Barbara Courthouse. Our photos reflect the best natural lighting and reflected the courthouse's grandeur. Additionally, my husband and I are not usually comfortable around cameras but Natalie has such a warm demeanor that it eased us with posing. Natalie was timely with getting us previews and our final pictures. When we received the final photos, we were simply blown away by how beautiful the pictures turned out. Natalie is an expert and I can't believe how lucky we are that our wedding pictures were captured by her. Like us, our family is obsessed with the photographs. I just know these are pictures we will cherish forever. If we were to do it all again, I would definitely want Natalie to photograph our wedding. We can't thank you enough for your creativity and the beautiful pictures!

What truly set Mayra apart was her thoughtfulness and attention to detail. After our engagement shoot, we shared feedback about our favorite poses, and on our wedding day, she had those notes saved on her phone background so she wouldn't forget! That level of care made us feel like we were the only couple she was working with, even though we know she does countless weddings. Beyond her talent, Mayra brought so much warmth and fun to our day. We were super happy with our engagement pictures and ecstatic when she gave us our wedding pictures and slide show. Barbara is amazing and comes into her element when she is behind the camera and made us feel so comfortable. From the beginning, her communication was always prompt and clear, and she was happy to answer any questions. We met in person before I hired her, and I was impressed with her warm and relaxed demeanor. She worked with our budget and traveled down to Orange County for our wedding, which was awesome. Whitney was definitely a stellar value - of the photographers whose work I actually liked, she was one of the most inexpensive. On the wedding day, she arrived promptly to the hotel to take pictures of us getting ready. My bridesmaids remarked on how calm and sweet she was. I definitely appreciated this - I'm sure everyone wants something different, but I'm certainly glad that I didn't have an overbearing, loud, and commanding photographer. She blended into the background yet stepped up every now and then to guide us through some poses. She somehow managed to be everywhere she needed to be and captured all the moments we wanted without me telling her. We got our gallery and USB of photos right on time, just 4 weeks after the wedding. The photos are gorgeous with beautiful colors and natural light. She caught lots of great candid moments and natural expressions, which I loved. The posed pictures were mostly really cute too, though some looked too forced (I will take the blame for that... I'm not used to having so many pics taken of me!). Overall, we were thrilled with Whitney and will always be grateful for how well she captured our special day.
