I was a bit skeptical eating here due to some of the mediocre reviews, but we really enjoyed the food and I wouldn't hesitate eating here again. I had not had bison before and really liked the flavor of the meat and the texture as well. The waiter described it as a cross between steak and venison and it did not disappoint. For dessert, I had the cheese plate which I could have devoured if I still had room. All the cheeses were very good and of course they were accompanied with some of that awesome austrian bread.
