Banana leaf meal : They called it mutton, but it was certainly not goat meat. It was probably sheep meat or veal. If you're used to eating only goat meat as we do in South India, you know it right away. Chicken 65 was all fried bone pieces. Imagine tearing off with your teeth whatever meat that's left sticking to the bones!
They don't care about keeping their vegetable dishes warm - served cold. Dosai, fish curry (with gravy), etc. were okay. The Biriyani was slightly over-spiced and wasn't served with Raitha, which you had to ask for, and it came with irregularly diced onion pieces (maybe made in haste).
The staff were around and served repectfully, but we had to keep calling them because they served with small spoons each time. Sometimes we had to ask what else was available and then they brought them. There's no list of all the items available in a meal. This might be due to instructions from the management to avoid wastage. I wouldn't go again. read more
