It finally took me calling texting emailing daily all day to get scheduled. Long story short and no exaggeration it took two and a half months (the AK summer) to get this small home restoration done. And a year later they are invoicing me saying I owe them and my insurance company isn't responding. So again I emailed text and called for a week until it was resolved. The employees are great. The management and ownership or whatever is the root cause is a complete nightmare. I legit was my own project manager for this company.
