I found the make up range, skincare and perfume range much affordable and there are always specials here which are worth looking at. Nivea, Olay, Natio are some of their popular brands here and they have some excellent range here. I love shopping here for make up, especially mascara, lippie and eye shadow. It's the simple things really that we girls like to stock in our handbag and coming here makes shopping fun for all of us. Truly a family shopping destination as they cater for every product to match every family's needs.

Do they think you're shoplifting or something? The same was very tight-lipped and silent when I picked up my script and attempted conversation. I can only assume it's snobbery and I do not appreciate being at the lower end of a two-tier customer service status system. It's not all of them but enough to make shopping here an unpleasant experience.

The Terry White…read moreChemist on Marion Road at Marion isn't my local chemist but I stopped by with a friend recently who needed to fill a prescription and discovered that this is one hell of a first rate pharmacy. When it came to filling the prescription, the service was friendly and prompt. We were told there would be a 10 minute wait but I really don't think we waited longer than 5 minutes. In addition to their normal dispensary they had a Compounding Pharmacy. This was a sterile area with a window open to public viewing where a trained pharmacist mixed lotions and potions to create tailor made medicines. Apparently they can make medications for people as well as animals! The Compounding Pharmacy is open Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm but you can leave your prescription at the main pharmacy desk during their extended hours of 7 days a week between 8.30am and 9pm (except Sunday mornings when they open at 9am) While we were waiting for my friend's prescription to be filled we actually had a play with their in store blood pressure monitor. Good fun and interesting but be careful how tightly you put the testing device around your arm because it gets tighter and tighter as it measures you're blood pressure. This chemist has a great range of gifts and cards if you're looking for a last minute present and everything else is closed. There's perfume, makeup, baby products, and the usual chemist fare on offer. They also offer other services like prescription delivery in the local area and a fast refill service if you're having a repeat filled. Just leave your script on file and ring ahead. See what I mean ... great chemist!

This Pharmacy has gone through so many changes and store location changes to make way for the new…read morerevamped Pasadena Shopping Mall. Although not as big as the other chemist I've been too, they do stock a great variety of things from nappies, formula, medical slings, to health and beauty products and more. I like coming here during Christmas and Valentines Day as there is always something cute and cheap to be found here. Whilst they finally found their resting place amidst the new building taking shape, they will soon be joined by other tenants with the likes of Dan Murphy's, Target, Domino's, Sakura Sushi and Australia Post.

Half the time I end up chatting to the assistant for twenty minutes while she runs through the various products that suit what I'm after. The scripts also get filled pretty fast. If it's not busy, it can be as little as two or three minutes! How fast is that?!? They also have some great little gift ideas for those people that you have to buy an xmas present for, but you have no idea what to get them.

Out the front on either side of the doorway are items for sale like bags, perfumes, wall plaques and all sorts of things which change on a regular basis. They stock Clinique products, Revlon and a few other well known brands plus Sukin which I'm a big fan of at the moment as it's natural. The gifts are beautiful and are secluded to the side of the counter, a perfect location to browse whilst the script is being filled. A varied collection of items at standard gift shop prices but they do sometimes end up on the sale items table out front. The staff have always been friendly and helpful with recommendations. As a note, if you have the Entertainment book you'll receive twenty percent off the retail price, which is a bonus.

Not only that but they are also a compounding pharmacy meaning they can concoct a medication suited to your requirements, a bit like a witches brew service...how cool is that! They also endeavour to be chemical free where possible and all of their hair and body range is free of harmful ingredients, so if you're allergic to non natural chemicals they can advise you which is best for your condition and won't harm you. There are some people so sensitive to chemicals in products they can easily land in hospital, much like people with nut allergies. Cheap chemical bulking agents, SLS and other non natural ingredients are contained in 99.9% of everything we buy for our bodies, even toothpaste, very scary that the 20th century is slowing killing us before our time should be up. In a nut shell they work hand in hand with western conventional medicine and complimentary medicine, having a wholisitc approach to medicine and it's in their best interests to keep you informed and healthy, so it's in your best interest to look out for yourself also. Education is key to gaining knowledge and researching the benefits of complimentary medicine, so don't poo poo it before giving it a try. They frequently have specials here and their chemist is always helpful in pointing out a tip or two when asked. I like stopping here, when I am doing take away at the nearby fish and chips shop. Plenty of parking area and look through the entrance for their special sales.

Worst service ever and to top it off tried to sell me anti allergy medication which was completely unrelated to my issues and symptoms. Only interested in your wallet not your health. Would give zero stars if was possible.
