Dr. Moss was one of the most careless, condescending, and disengaged providers I've ever encountered. He couldn't be bothered to offer even a sliver of basic human decency. No introduction, no explanation, no effort to communicate, just a very cold, rushed, disinterested presence. He ignored questions, gave no useful information. It genuinely felt like he did not even want to be there in the first place. It felt like being an inconvenience rather than a human being in need of care. I truly do not understand how someone this checked out and rude is still allowed to see patients. I've already warned people I care about to avoid this clinic entirely if they are in need of any eye related help. If you're looking for a compassionate ophthalmologist who offers clarity, medical support, or even minimal respect. . look elsewhere. This wasn't care. It was total dismissal. I left more confused and unhopeful about my condition than when I arrived. Train your staff in compassion, communication, and basic human decency. it would go a long way. Patients should never have to feel like they're walking on eggshells. If he can't show up with kindness, why is he in this line of work? Do better.

The lab didn't want to do my original order, cancelled my appointment, and sent me to another lab without clarifying that they didn't make an appointment, so I wasted an entire morning (fasted) waiting to get in. The office staff was rude and unhelpful when questioning if they had ever received my labs, and left me on my own to deliver my labs, wasting multiple days from when they should've been received. During my second round of labs, the lab tech scolded me multiple times for having "complicated" labs on a Friday, making me feel guilty for being there. Apparently you aren't supposed to have illness on Fridays. There was also a dog running around the lab?????? Seems sanitary. Before I even received all of the labs, I received a call from a nurse telling me to see a natural healer. I questioned if I could get a referral to endocrinology based on my significantly abnormal labs. I was told the doctor "probably" consulted them-- but she didn't know for sure. I asked about my abnormal labs and she also didn't know about them. You'd be better off googling your symptoms and ordering your own labs than being seen at this clinic.

I retained Scott Fischer for a custody evaluation against the advice of my lawyer. I regret the…read moredecision. I found Mr. Fischer to be unprofessional and inappropriate. One example is Mr. Fischer, who does not have a medical degree, mocking advice from my primary care physician. He did so in a way that was familiar to frat boys rather than a person conducting a custody evaluation. A second way in which Mr. Fischer was unprofessional was with my therapist. I gave my therapist permission to share his notes and observations with Fischer. Unfortunately, my therapist declined Fischer's request, and Scott Fischer "went off" on my therapist in a rage over the phone. A third way Mr. Fischer was underwhelming was his note-taking. I have his file and am disturbed by how little of what I told him was recorded by Fischer. It was as if he was daydreaming and absent when I replied to his questions. Ultimately, Fischer's custody evaluation made harsh recommendations that he did not support in his documentation. This lack of support, coupled with the inadequacy of his note-taking, has led to five lawyers agreeing that he did not satisfy his legal responsibilities in my case. I'll close by returning to my lawyer's advice about Fischer. My lawyer had experienced Fischer's work previously and said, "He's not a straight arrow." My lawyer did not elaborate other than saying that he was inconsistent in his comments and difficult to pin down. He could have been a more trusted, honest, and reliable resource. Hiring Scott Fischer was a mistake in my case.
