Unreliable and unprofessional. I feel like the proprietor doesn't really even want to be in…read morebusiness. I called Kevin and he offered to clean my area rugs. He collected my information and we set an appointment for Thursday afternoon. Then on Thursday he asked if we could reschedule for Friday and I agreed. Then on Friday, I got a call from a subcontractor who said Kevin had asked them to pickup the rugs (but the subcontractor told me that the price was double what Kevin quoted). I called Kevin and he said that was due to a misunderstanding and that he was on the way. Again, he asked me my apartment number and what floor I was on. This time he asked if my building had an elevator (I said it didn't). By now he was already late and then after a half hour he called me to tell me that he couldn't make our appointment because he is unable to carry his equipment to the third floor and doesn't have an assistant. He referred me to an alternative company, but the company he referred me to did not seem very professional so I chose not to work with them. In summary, I was very displeased with the experience and it ended up being a total waste of time.

I was really convinced that the couch was stained for good, but I booked MiMa to come try their hand at it. Within 30 minutes the entire thing was totally clean! It was really quick and professional, they were exactly on time even for an 8am clean and got right to work. I honestly thought I would never have a clean couch again, I'm genuinely really glad I went to them instead of trying any more disastrous DIY cleaning methods. Very friendly customer service as well, which goes a long way when you're stressed about your couch possibly being stained forever. Iman was polite and prepared to roll up her sleeves and do a good job cleaning kitchen cabinet doors, floors and windows. Her work was thorough and she was very conscientious in her efforts. She came with her own equipment, but did use mine when I requested her to do so. I have allergies and my vacuum cleaner has extra filtration to keep dust from going back into the air, so I asked if she would please use mine, and she said no problem. : ) My condo is small, so I was a bit surprised to see that it took longer than I thought it would, and she had to speed up during her last hour to keep to the agreed 4 hours. I think that could have been prevented by keeping an eye on time as she worked, but again, she was very thorough and the results were good.
