The day they installed my window I reached out to the office to make a complaint. it goes to an…read moreanswering machine , so I keep trying various times finally getting to talk to the receptionist. I have to make my complaint online and received an email acknowledging that someone would get back to me. No one got back to me , I finally spoke to the owner by cell phone. Three times he said he would look into it. still no answer one month later. The installation inside looks fine, the exterior the chalking is choppy and there is no framing around the window. There is a big gap between the window and the siding.It seems like a simple fix but I now wonder how well it is actually installed. I hope they get back to me to fix this issue. At this time I am not satisfied.

Here is why; Last November called back Tony to come to install a tempo for the fourth year now. Now that they are actually set up as a REAL company I receive a phone call with an installation date. That day in Nov came and went, no one showed up. I called asking what went on. They had some mix up so they book me another appointment. That day also came and went with no phone call or explanation. It finally gets installed few days before major storm. Now come April 1 EASTER DAY and my birthday, no call no notice, the team shows up at door at 7:00 IN THE AM TO REMOVE the tempo!! U gotta be FREAKIN kidding me! No call, how dare they just show up on EASTER to top it all off...Take down tempo mean while everyone else on my block still has their tempo and had no scraping of ice to do April 16 2018. So much for considering buying the tempo from them so I didn't have to deal with them again. That is aside from asking for an exaggerated amount by his "salesman" $420 for installation. Ridiculous. Avoid them like the plague. Normally companies get bigger and better.....don't know what happened here. Any positive reviews most likely family or friends. Have seen too many bad reviews on this company. AVOID!!
