The cleaning side on the remediation failed to complete several tasks and there was no quality assurance checks performed to sustain what was promised vs. what was provided. Communication prior to and during the process of the remediation was lacking, but the communication after the job was done was better. The carpet cleaner did a very good job. They were considerably cheaper than their competitor in the area, but that is no excuse for a less-than-perfect performance. Having said all of that, I would likely use them again if the opportunity presented itself.
