I sent her photos of her work and expressed my dissatisfaction and she immediately blocked me. Also, she only accepts cash. It includes some services that I didn't need (e.g., bed sheet change and cleaning blinds). The walk-through was great - base boards, ceiling fans and those corners I can't get to; surfaces were spotless. I was charged the max in the quoted range for that packaged. It was my mistake to not look at that more carefully before I paid the bill. Realized this afterward and told Superior Bright. We went back and forth a bit and I told them that I should have read things more carefully. In the end, they Zelled me back some money to make up for those few things. They responded very quickly, to my initial request for an appointment and to the billing inquiry. The communications were professional. I will probably hire them again and request the same house cleaner. She joined the team just 2 weeks ago, but has 14+ years of experience. Gave a 20% cash tip plus my hydrogen peroxide cleaner so she had a Clorox alternative for future use. I sure got lucky - she was wonderful.

They had smiles (behind those masks they wore) and seemed to work very well together-enjoying their jobs. Makes a difference! I had renovations done in my garage, including a popcorn ceiling removal, which left plaster, paint, and debris all over my items and garage floor. Essential Commercial Cleaning ensured that each item was handled with care and carefully cleaned/wiped down. They vacuumed and cleaned the garage floor and sprayed down two large garage mats. At the end they also broom swept my front porch, which also had construction debris on it, and was a kind and thoughtful addition! I will definitely look to hire them again for my future post construction cleaning needs.
