(It was a Sunday around 3:30pmish.) we were sat right away and the waitress took our drink order right away. The chips and the two salsas (green and red) and our drinks were brought out within five minutes. I wasn't a fan of the chips. They taste store bought, but both of the salsas were good. My son got the kid's hamburger meal. The burger is a good size, and my kid said it was really good. There was also a bunch of fries that came with it. I got the chicken fajitas with corn tortillas. I love how the corn tortillas are homemade. They are super tasty! My fajita were cooked perfectly and muy delicioso. The charro beans were flavorful and were the best beans I have had. Their appetizers, egg rolls, shrimp wraps and calamari is made to crunchy perfection. They will make seasonal pho which is warm and comforting during winter. My favorite seafood there is crawfish, when it's in season, and oysters; I like them either fried or raw on the half shell. Each dish is made with so much love and served with a smile. The owners always make their rounds to greet their guests and ask how their meal was and if there is anything they can improve on. It's a rare practice but much appreciated to small town patrons. Definitely a Palacios staple!
