They left stuff at my old house and were called back to pick items up. I still had to move things myself the next day I went back to clean. Items were damaged, not wrapped in padded blankets, secured properly in the back of the truck, boxes fell on other things in the truck, you name it. They complained about things being heavy, moved furniture and broke it, instead of using two people to lift it. I could go on and on. Needless to say. I will be looking to another moving company for my next move. It's pretty bad when the owner calls you to ask if you can help load things on the truck or if you can take extra things in your vehicle. What am I paying a moving company for then?

They are another story and I would never recommend them. They called Mach and asked if he could help me and my move that was supposed to take place on Saturday morning, 6-29-24, finally happened on Monday morning. So I sat in a house with nothing but filled boxes ready to move and thank God my couch and TV were still there so I could watch it. One of their movers was pretty professional and very polite the other one not so at all. when he got dirt and leaves all over inside my new place, his response was, hey man you got some bullshit that you're gonna have to clean up. After they left I did find two nicks in my walls and this was a brand new build that they gouged. I paid them, but was never given a receipt. The other company gave me the cell phone of Mach . After texting him and reaching out to him at least four times telling him I needed a receipt for tax purposes he NEVER responded. To come highly recommended and do business the way he did was just horrible. I would never use them or recommend them again. So if you have a choice, please look elsewhere.

Karla helped us during our visit to the Verhey showroom and sent us home with some recommended samples after she listened to what we were looking for/what our home was like. She then visited our home and helped us narrow down our choices further! The communication was consistent, helpful, and informative. Everyone we encountered from Verhey was so kind. The installers did an excellent job with our carpets and were so respectful and courteous while in our home. They thoroughly cleaned up after the installation, kept us informed throughout the process, and gave us some leftover carpet for future use. The price was right, the service was absolutely next level, and the final product is beautiful.
