No matter how long the email or how ridiculous the question or request, it was met with a quick response and above and beyond accommodation. We were excited to read reviews about how delicious their food was, and at our tasting our expectations were blown out of the water. The unique and delicious seasonal options had my wedding guests raving all weekend. On the day of our wedding our breath was taken away by the performance of the Seedling and Sage team. Our captain, Jamie, made sure the night went off without a hitch. My wedding guests (many of whom work or have worked in hospitality) kept bringing up how spectacular, friendly and efficient the event staff was. Our hearts are so full of warmth and thanks towards Seedling and Sage for making our day special as it was. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!

The communication was great, and Annette was very responsive and helpful. However, I really cannot recommend this company to anyone after what I experienced during the wedding day. The seedling and sage employees took all our center pieces (except 5), my bouquet, and my mother's bouquet without asking us. The gluten free/ vegan desserts we specially ordered and brought in for our family were thrown out. We were not asked beforehand if this was ok. We spent a good amount of money on the flowers and they were just all gone, it was heartbreaking.

She and her staff showed up at the location (Or Hadash, our synagogue) the day before the event to set up the tables, table cloths and napkins. We had given them the centerpieces we wanted and they enhanced them with colorful napkin linens. We showed up the next day an hour before guests were supposed to arrive and Annemarie and her staff were already hard at work getting place settings and the food ready. The food had a great presentation, with signs identifying what was what. We had decided not to order cheesecake but my wife had mentioned that was one of her favorites. Annemarie threw in small cheesecakes without charging us for it. We received many compliments from our guests. They did the setup and cleanup and even took the leftover food to our car and loaded it for us. We recommend Annemarie's without hesitation.

You are reading this because you are thinking about hiring Diverse for your event. Let me save you…read moretime from doing any more research -- yes, hire them. Diverse did our wedding and we're so glad they did. Not only was the food phenomenal -- even better than the tasting -- the event was well-run. We didn't need to do a thing but show up and have fun. Everything was set up exactly as we wanted. And when it was time to carry on to the after party, we did just that while they took everything down and packed it away. Ken and Mike were professional and knew the right questions to ask. The staff they brought to the event did everything right. The evening flowed exceptionally well -- all thanks to the planning they helped us with and their execution of it. They were completely on top of it and completely at ease. Be at ease yourself -- hire them!

I was worried at first trying to find a caterer who would be able to work within my dietary needs, and it was no issue for Ken at all. Ken even made gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options for some of my guests. Everyone raved about the food; the Moroccan Salmon was my favorite I think. My good friend said, "It was the freshest food, I have ever eaten at a wedding". Everyone also noticed how attentive and catering Ken and his entire staff was the whole night. Although our entire outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour were rained out, Ken assured me, that everything would still go smoothly - and it did!
