From the very beginning, there were many emails back and forth with my questions, and Stacie, the banquet coordinator, was always incredibly patient, helpful, and understanding. She went above and beyond to accommodate every request and made the entire planning process easy and enjoyable. The staff was terrific from start to finish--professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. I chose a buffet because I feel it encourages guests to mingle and meet one another, and it worked out perfectly. From the passed hors d'oeuvres all the way through dessert, everything was flawless.
