I cannot say enough positive things about this business. I had a small backyard affair for my…read moredaughter's communion, for 33 guests. We rented a tent, tables, chairs and table clothes. From start to finish the owner was helpful and professional. He would give his opinion based on his experience, but never tried to upsell me or push something I didn't need. This made it easy for me to trust and incorporate his suggestions, which were quite helpful. He was patient with my plethora of questions, easily accessible and honest. I would use this business again in a heartbeat. Despite reports of short staffing, i never felt it and I got personalized service I wasnt expecting for such a small affair. I will attach pictures just to show proof of how disgusting and dirty their quality is. Rented from them for my bridal shower, bring it in with it filled with dirt and holes all over. Dance floor was cracked and chipped everywhere. They delivered it on Monday call them back and tell them all of this. The lady's response is "well this is a rental company so there is going to be ware and tear", spent almost $3,000 and that is the response I get no apology or anything. She then tells me that she is going to have her manager call me, this was at 2pm I call no response back. I email them and she claims she called but they do seem to tend to lie so I didn't get any call. finally tuesday morning i call again and she says she's going to take care of it and to give her till 10am to get a response. 12pm comes around still no response, she finally calls me at 6pm and says that they are going to deliver ALL new WINDOW walls. So today comes around and the crew comes to our house and says where Are the walls. LOLLLL. I call Leslie, the manager and say your crew is at your our house asking for walls, she says a new crew is coming and everything is going to be okay. then 15 minutes pass and the crew that Just asked us where the walls are and claiming they don't have any walls says they have 4 walls only. I call Leslie again and she says "yes that is correct". Mind you she didn't even bother to mention that to me Once. Ask them to completely remove the tent so I can go with someone else & her response is "I don't have anyone to take it down and we closing until the 27th." My bridal shower is this weekend, the 20th. and the whole time they care more about proving you wrong instead of showing any type of empathy. I am religious as well and understand the closing of religious holidays but if you are so religious you should also want to make sure you are a good person. If they do choose to respond to this it will be on why WE are wrong and they will not take accountability for ANYTHING. I don't know how they sleep at night. Again don't let them fool you with whoever they paid to get these reviews.

They put it up 2 days before the event, which was fine, because I got the tent in case of rain. It was old, rusty, and leaked all under the roof, with pinprick holes everywhere. It was challenging to keep everything dry; some of my unexpected expenses went into tarps just to cover the tables before the Party. Luckily, it did not rain on the day of, but bottom line, if it had, we would not have been able to have it under this tent. I called Maria, the woman who had helped me throughout, sent pictures, and told her what happened. She told me her people would be punished and offered nothing for the good sum of money I spent . Never heard back from her. SO this company is lacking in the integrity of their product and good business practices. Move on to another party company, I will never use them again.

Vinny was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. You can tell he has a passion for pool tables! The table had been in a basement for 15+ years and the rails were dead and the cloth was brittle. After some discussion he said it might not be worth repairing and maybe I should sell the table (which would mean no business for him). I really liked Vinny's style and he was always responsive when I contacted him to move forward. I kept the table & had Vinny & his partner move the table first & then redo the bumpers and cloth. Overall they did a spectacular job, the new cloth is AMAZING! The table is level and plays beautifully!
