The dentists are awesome and nice especially, Dr. Mike Chen who is very calm, kind, and professional. He is indeed one of the best. You will feel secure and well-taken care of. He explains every procedure before he starts, during the procedure, and after. He makes sure you are okay before proceeding to the next step and not just rush. I have my 3 wisdom tooth extraction on the same day, and Mr. Chen and his assistant did an excellent job. I did not feel nervous even if it was my first time, and I did not feel any pain during the extraction. It was also done quickly and a feeling that visiting a dental clinic can be fun too :)

I started to explain that I had a bad tooth and had had some work done to it when I lived on Vancouver Island and all of a sudden the phone went dead. I called her right back at 2:09 and asked if something went wrong, she acted as if she had never spoken to me and asked for my name in a demanding way. I told her again. She then stated it would be at least until October before I could be looked at, so I hung up the phone. She made me feel like a stranger in my own country.

The previous owner retired after a few decades of great service, and the business continues with excellence under a new owner. They' have expanded beyond general dental services including Invisalign and implants. The dental assistants and dentist who checked/cleaned my teeth were all very friendly, encouraging, and helpful. The staff really make for a very positive atmosphere despite being most people's least desirable place to visit.. The dental office is next to T&T supermarket, and free parking (before 3 pm?) is available on Kingsway before and after that block, just not in front.

Friendly and upbeat environment and you will be treated like a respectful Human Being by the majority of staff while there. They keep in touch with any reminders and other information. I'm not very sure if there's any price difference though, but Dr.Tammy has been professional and very attentive. Also she speaks good command of English, so when I have questions she's always willing to answer. I get always get scared at dental visits, but she said to tell her if something is hurting/ uncomfortable. I felt hurt when I open my mouth for too long; she even massaged my joint that made me feel better. Even her staffs are attentive and helpful too. Plus this clinic isn't too far from home.
