Then the group we were supposed to be riding with were an hour late, so we had to wait for them. It was just annoying, although Steven (owner) was friendly. When we walked into the empty house it looked like a construction space, a hen was walking around the inside and I even saw it poop IN THE KITCHEN! Things finally turned around when I hopped on Sherman (my white horse w/ black spots). He was a greedy little thing and ate up all the grass but he was a great horse. Steven immediately put ppl on the horses and taught us while we were riding. He was a straight to it teacher and I liked that. He definitely knows what he's doing when it comes to animals. He took a bunch of pictures and videos and sent them to everyone in the group. I'm thankful to have such awesome pictures that didn't cost us extra. I'm giving 4 stars despite the filth because Steven was friendly, welcoming, and I enjoyed the experience. Tip: -don't eat there if germs bug u -don't arrive early, there's no point -yes, you're in the right spot, even though it looks a little funky on the outside

My friends and I went right when they opened at 3 p.m. on a Friday in October. Here's our experience: 1) Instructions: Two staff members taught us how to tie knots, belay, etc. Once we had the hang of it, they stayed with us to make sure we were climbing safely and/or had any questions. They were great instructors and very personable. 2) Walls: There are four different climbing walls and three ropes. Two walls you can climb without roping in and two others you rope in. (One had an automatic belay machine.) If it's your first time, but you want to climb high, go to the tallest wall and follow the blue markers. 3) Space: It's in the space that was the stage of an old theater. It's kept clean and comes with a training area, restrooms, changing rooms, etc. 4) Staff: When you check in, they give you shoes to climb. (There are cubbies to place your shoes in.) If you didn't sign a waiver online, they'll have you sign when you enter. Every staff person we met was very nice and helpful!

They had exactly what we needed and were able to deliver to our venue on a Sunday evening. Carlyle was a pleasure to deal with, prices were great, quality of the tables and chairs were great, and best of all he was so reliable. He arrived a bit before our contracted time, moved the tables and chairs into the event room, and arrived precisely on time to collect everything at the end. This was really important to me as my side of the family is predominately mandarin-speaking and we wanted them to understand announcements. It was a great experience from the start. Brian was able to hop on a call and let us know the process immediately. I felt their services were reasonably priced and you're able to pay in installments which definitely helped with budgeting. They're always reachable by email and you can add services later on without issue. They use a special app called Vibo that allows you to add all the specific songs you want for certain parts of the day (ceremony, reception, cocktail hour, etc). It's even detailed and customizable down to adding in specific comments on how to play certain songs. About 2 weeks before our big day Limin our DJ had a very in-depth call with us to review the playlist and discuss how we wanted certain things done. On our wedding day Limin was fantastic and definitely delivered! He made all the announcements needed and helped guide guests to where they needed to be. He provided microphones for speeches and uplighting for the dance floor. Limin came a few hours beforehand to set up and stayed after for takedown.
