About equal amounts of the first three, a decent amount of mayonnaise and a scrambled egg included, Nobody seems to make that anymore, about the closest you can come is a club sandwich. My spouse says they'll make to order, so I ordered a BLTZ. The egg was extra which was fine, but what I got was a BACON sandwich, with a dollop of mayonnaise, a tiny bit of tomato as well a thin bit of lettuce. Certainly not what I was hoping for, but for a bacon sandwich it was fine and this isn't on their menu. Overall, I felt the restaurant was nice, so I'll probably go again, and stick to menu items. Her pastrami sandwich looked scrumptious,

I think thats pretty cool to have something like that here in Idaho Falls. I usually get a sandwich with corn beef and my wife usually gets something that is toasted. We both enjoy the service and the people working always so nice to us. I like that it is really like a deli and not like subway you can get a bunch of different of meats and the NYC decorations make it fun to just look at the stuff on the walls. Wr try to come here atleast once a month.

We followed it with the corned beef soup, which was more like a rich, hearty stew. The tender brisket literally melted in your mouth. And for the potato lovers--this place is heaven! Mashed, home fries, and balsamic fries... we just had to try it all. Even though we were completely full, we couldn't pass up GMA's "Slutty" Peanut Butter Brownie. Warm, topped with ice cream, whipped cream, cookie crumbles, Fruity Pebbles, fresh strawberries, and hot fudge... and yes, we finished it. Now we're officially in a food coma! A huge thank you to our Uber driver--and owner of the Yellowstone Motel--for recommending this unique spot. Between the amazing food and a fun LA born server it made for one of the most memorable dining experiences we've had in a long time. Thank you, Ava--we'll definitely be back!

April 2026 Idaho Falls, Idaho…read more I was surprised to see this place is attached to a hotel when I drove up. Typically I do not eat at restaurants that are attached to a hotel. However, Yelp told me it was a 4.3 star place to eat. I asked if they had any nonalcoholic beers. The waiter brings me a can of beer to show me what it is. When I tell him that I will have it. He says well I'll just take it back and put it in a glass. So they bring me a 16 ounce glass with the beer poured in and it only filled 12 ounces. I ordered the Nacho Mama's Dip. It is a chicken nacho dip. The waiter told me it was a large portion so I am eating that just as my meal. My husband ordered the fish and chips. When you walk in the front door, the bar is right there. Pretty large bar for one to sit and enjoy a drink or a meal. To the right our booths and high tables that line the wall as well as some booths in the middle of the restaurant that make you feel like you are sitting under a gazebo. There are tables and booths on the far wall as well. The tables are cut to appear like a live edge wood top table. The booths sit too low and the table sits high. Even my husband who is 6'2 felt an imbalance with the table to chair. My nachos come out and the cheese sauce is dripping off the side of the dish. It is an absolute mess. The nacho chips are off to the side. The toppings consist of black olives and onions with four pieces of diced tomatoes. Accompanied by a side plastic dish is salsa, sour cream, and guacamole. The guacamole is definitely not homemade. My biggest complaint is the cheese sauce is definitely from a can. The cheese that they did put on the nachos was a slice of cheese that was not even melted. See picture. Reminds me that I am eating in a restaurant attached to a hotel. There are no beans. The chicken is mixed in with the cheese sauce. And it is sparingly there. This dish is absolutely disgusting! The fish and chips were terrible. They're served in a basket with four pieces of fish and they sit upon fresh cut fries. The fish was not good. The batter has a odd taste. Perhaps the oil it is fried in? I think I would've been better off going to Culver's and having their fish platter. Although my beYr was in a can, it was very cold. It was truly the best part of my meal. I am so disappointed that yelp led me to this place. This is my warning to others. Stay away. We had two completely different meals and neither of them were good.

The service was incredible, only taking approximately 6 or 7 minutes to receive my food. And when I devoured my "Death Valley", I was a changed man. I quickly grabbed my phone and called Angela, begging for her to come back to me. She agreed. And we have been remarried ever since. Thank you Franklin's Famous Cheesesteak for rekindling my marriage. I will never be able to repay the joy you brought me.

Well....I really wanted to love this one, but sadly it was a miss for us…read more Staff employees were absolutely AMAZING!!! Great to talk too and did everything they could to accommodate everything...That being said, sadly that was the best part of the experience... Right off the bat, the building was DIRTY and very outdated, on the inside and the outside, starting with a dirty chair thrown on the ground holding the entry door open. I should have listened to the reviews. Sadly the food was underwhelming! We had 'Philly' cheesesteaks from the menu, but with hardly any flavor, even just more seasoning. I could tell I was eating a cheesesteak but not comparable to other places I've been before. On top of that, the cheese was kind of off tasting as well. Franklin's FAMOUS Cheesesteaks couldn't have been very famous if that has been their claim to fame. Im not sure anyone would return for that sandwich twice. Probably one of the worst cheesesteaks we've ever had. I was SO excited to try these and was very disappointed! We also had poutine fries which were just a greasy squishy container of overly salty gravy fries without any cheese curds that would normally come in poutine. It was pretty bad, literally had 2 bites and threw it away! Chili fries were ok, but again a container full of overly greasy fries, very squishy and sadly not good. I'm SO sad to write this review, but we spent better part of $60+ on food that we mostly just threw in the trash can. Never eaten here before, but maybe at some point it was popular. For being supposedly being famous, I was the only customer in the building the entire time I waited for the food during lunch time on a weekday. This place should have been full with the number of people I saw passing by, but not... Hope it improves, we will try again another time, maybe it was just off day... You know, funny but the reviews for this place were pretty good years ago! Not sure what happened. It's obvious the establishment doesn't care about what is written here, as almost all the reviews in the past year say the same negative things that no one has addressed. Sadly it has missed potential. Hope it gets better...
