Arguably, the Honolulu should be chicken instead of beef in order to have the "correct" flavor profile, but the fried eggs on my sandwich were bomb, and I only had slightly too much cheese (as if that's a bad thing). If you come in to sit down, you can tell that the restaurant's personality is on full display. It's one that will likely ward off those with a political opposition, but as a moderate guy, I found it funny, if only a bit excessive. Having family in the area, It definitely screams local Idaho Falls.
