Our tour was on a Saturday, two of the wineries had live music and food for purchase. Each winery was beautifully decorated and offered wine and cute gifts to purchase. The tastings are held inside but you have an opportunity to walk outside and explore. Stacy, our driver was amazing. He arrived a few minutes before the schedule pick-up time. At each destination he was attentive and periodically checked on everyone in my party. He was available if we needed anything and communicated the times to ensure we were on schedule. He also was an awesome camera man. The Cana team was very professional and responsive to all questions and inquiries. Overall it was an unforgettable experience and I enjoyed celebrating my birthday with them.

The instructions were clear, the scents were so fun to explore, and it felt like a creative, sensory adventure. Some of the candle label stickers were unavailable, which was a little disappointing, but probably beyond the business's control. This small business is absolutely worth supporting. On September 14, 2026, at approximately 6:55 PM, I placed a takeout order for 10 wings, all flats, with ranch dressing and all celery. After picking up my order and returning home, I discovered that the order had not been prepared as requested. The wings were not all flats, and both the ranch dressing and celery were missing. The following morning, September 15, 2026, at approximately 11:00 AM, I contacted the restaurant to inform management of the issue. I was told that a manager would return my call; however, I never received a call back. Later that day, I called the restaurant again and spoke with an employee in the takeout area. I was advised to return to the restaurant at 5:00 PM, at which time my order would be remade and replaced. Based on that assurance, I returned to the location as instructed. Unfortunately, upon my arrival, I was met by the General Manager, Ms. Mel, who was rude, dismissive, and ultimately refused to honor the replacement that had been promised. I found her behavior unprofessional and disrespectful. As a loyal Taco Mac customer for the past three years, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of concern shown for both the original error and my efforts to resolve the matter. What is most troubling is not simply the incorrect order, but the complete lack of follow-through, customer appreciation, and professionalism demonstrated throughout this experience. I left feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and undervalued as a customer. I am requesting that a representative from Taco Mac's Corporate Office contact me to discuss this matter further. I would appreciate the opportunity to share additional details regarding the service I received and to better understand how Taco Mac intends to address concerns of this nature. The oysters were fresh, perfectly seasoned, and had that rich, briny flavor you can only get when they're done right. The sides were hot, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the platter. The service was quick, the food came out piping hot, and the whole experience felt worth every penny. If you love seafood that's juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked with care, The Juicy Crab never disappoints. I'll definitely be back for more.
